Lucky and his crew totally deserve their five-​star rating. They are fast, efficient and very friendly. There are many little touches, certainly not required, that made a huge difference. This move is to temporary quarters and I Weill be using Lucky’s again mid-​summer.

Lucky and his crew were great. They came on time, worked efficiently, and took good care of my furniture. His fee was very reasonable. They were all polite and friendly and behaved in a very gentlemanly manner. I highly recommend them.

If you are moving, call Lucky! I can assure you that you won’t be dissatisfied. I called several moving companies, (Including the one with the best reviews) going from waiting a whole week for a call back and no follow up, to: I don’t have time, the other companies had unreasonable prices, charges and fees. I decided to call Lucky and since the first phone call I knew I was gonna get a good service. He’s nice, fast, efficient, reasonable prices and his guys are the best. Honestly, is the best moving company on the windward side.
We were really happy with the service and will definitely hire again!!!

They just finished moving out stuff. Everything was wrapped in a sheet or plastic. All the employees are friendly and pleasant to talk with. They worked non stop for two hours to move a one bedroom apartment across town. Two people wrapped everything whole two people loaded the truck. They used a similar pattern to unload and move everything to the new apartment. Thanks lucky.

OMG! These guys are the best!!! I had a VERY heavy piano that needed moving to my house right away. I was in such a bind and Lucky came through for me — the SAME day. I was extremely impressed with the service (so friendly, polite and respectful) and the price could not be beat. Believe me, I called around. These guys are the best on the island. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

The guys were amazing! We found them here on Unilocal and saw all the 5 star reviews and just knew we had to go and check them out. Our move was last minute and were able to squeeze us in in the morning! They moved all of our stuff so quickly! The house was packed up and they were ready move in 50 minutes! They wrapped all of our things up in shrink wrap, we didn’t even have to take all the books off of our shelves. These guys were amazing and are really nice!
If you’re moving these are the only guys I’d go with!

Lucky and his guys did an amazing job with our move. They showed up early and immediately got started and despite our apartment being very cluttered they handled everything very well.
In addition to being both courteous and polite they were also very knowledgeable. One of our bed frames was set to go into a corner room but it wouldn’t fit through the doorway, they took out a toolbag, took the door off and found a way to make it work.
Lucky’s movers were fast, efficient, and skilled making them very easy to recommend.

Lucky and his guys are the absolute best! Seriously, if we could use them for every move or PCS we have remaining I totally would. Very reasonably priced and he doesn’t charge until he and his guys get to your place and get set up. This was huge for us as we were moving from Waianae to Hickam AFB. All other place we contacted would charge from the time they left their facility (so basically add an hour of charge just to get to you before they started packing or moving anything). They were super fast, clean, professional, basically perfect. They wrapped all of our stuff and were very careful. Everything arrived at our new place in the same shape as when it left the old place. Seriously though, these guys do not stop working once that clock starts. I kept trying to offer them food and water but they just worked their a $$es off. They work very hard for the price and in our case, earned a fine tip. A local moving company that I hope sticks around. Definitely treated us way better than one of the big box companies here in Hawaii.

I didn’t know if I should believe all of the reviews, since I’ve never seen a moving company with straight five stars — and all of my prior experiences have involved broken furniture, holes in walls, and rude people. Lucky’s is different and has definitely earned all five stars! Believe it! They’re fantastic! I just used Lucky and his crew this morning for a move. They worked their tails off, and yet took great care making sure that all of my furniture was well protected. — and they got me in under two hours as requested! Not a single scratch, everything delivered well and place where I asked it to be placed. Will definitely use again if I have to move, and I’ll be recommending them to all my friends. Lucky and his crew are as good as it gets! They are truly the best movers I have ever seen. They are fast, on time, efficient, kind and work their butts off! Lucky is a hardworking, honest, good man and so are his workers. They take their job seriously and truly care about your stuff.
They helped me move my 91-​year-​old aunt into an assisted living facility. They treated each one of her things with the utmost care and respect and even went above and beyond with an extra loving touch of setting her room up for her by placing her bed, shelves, TV, drawers, etc, in all the right places because that is the kind of people they are. They go the extra mile.
ADDENDUM: I wanted to write about our WONDERFUL second experience with Lucky and his crew.
My aunt fell at her care home, went back to the hospital and we needed to move her stuff out ASAP. We had no chance to get out there before the move date so we needed Lucky to pack up her whole apartment. Lucky and Robert lovingly packed up everything as if it was their own. My aunt’s highly delicate and important religious mementos, glass, dishes, etc all were carefully wrapped and packed with every box labelled with exactly was inside it. Her clothing was carefully placed in special bags so they could be hung up and not shoved in the bottom of a box or something. Every large item was carefully wrapped completely in plastic wrap to keep it safe as well. In addition, we also had given him a long list of things that we needed kept out for her in the hospital (where she is now) and they remembered every single thing we needed and asked them to do. These guys are so special.
All these other reviews have it right, this company is top notch and so are Lucky and all his employees. If I ever need anything moved again, I will certainly be calling Lucky and his crew. I will never use anyone else! :)

Lucky and his crew were awesome… Best movers I’ve had. They showed up a few minutes early and started working immediately and didn’t stop until the job was done. I hired them to move furniture to our new rental house. They wrapped everything in plastic for protection and took great care while moving every item down two flights of stairs and then expertly packed it into their clean truck. Upon arriving at the new place they had the truck unpacked in less than 30 minutes and took off for a second trip. They beat me back to the old place and had everything left already packed into the truck when I pulled into the driveway. Off we went for round two! After unloading the second trip they were careful to remove and pick up all the plastic wrap and took it with them.
I was really pleased with how fast and carefully these guys worked. I’d definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone!

These guys worked very fast and were very efficient. They wrapped most of our furniture in plastic for safety (protects corners, leather, etc. from damage). They showed up on time, never stopped for a break, and treated our furniture and ourselves with respect. If I ever move again, these are the guys I will call. Tip generously!

These guys showed up on time and worked their butts off the whole time. They never stopped to take a break and worked as fast as they possibly could while making sure all our valuables weren’t broken. They took care to make sure our furniture was placed where we wanted it and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family because they offer a great price and even better service.

Best customer service of all the movers I’ve spoken to! Though I couldn’t use him this time (my situation, nothing to do with him) I will most definitely in the future. He was so accommodating and helpful!

These guys are absolutely amazing! They were punctual, efficient, and as an added bonus, super nice & friendly! They helped us move a large armoire into our bedroom by maneuvering it through a very tight corner. This piece must weigh about 200 lbs. I almost cried when they got it in! We will definitely use these guys in the future.
Their price was reasonable and I was able to get on their schedule within a few days.

Love these guys! They work quickly, efficiently and have great attitudes. I also appreciated that they took the time to carefully wrap our fragile items as well as showed patience and attention when packing everything into the truck. We had such a small job — moving an incredibly heavy massage chair from downstairs to our upstairs bedroom — that we were having problems getting moving companies to call us back. We called Lucky’s, he answered the phone instead of having to leave a message, and agreed to take the job even though I’m sure that it was barely worth his time. He apologized that he could not do the job the same day but agreed to come out 2 days later to do it. He even apologized for having to charge what we thought was a very reasonable price to do the move. Lucky and John showed up on time (slightly early even) and did the job quickly and very professionally. We are very grateful to be enjoying our new massage chair in our bedroom and would not hesitate to call them for any moving needs in the future. Thanks guys!

Lucky’s Delivery represents everything you could want in a moving company.
I was a bit hesitant to go with these movers because 1) I had never heard of them before Unilocal,2) There were only 8 reviews, and 3) I’ve had a horrible experience with movers in the last couple of years. However, being super lazy and not wanting to move anything myself, I decided to take a chance with Lucky and I’m so glad I did!
Professional — Lucky and his crew (David and John) showed up on time (even a bit early!), shook our hands and introduced themselves individually, and kept careful track of their time. They even ‘punched out’ on water/​soda breaks. What I really liked about Lucky was that he responded to my text inquiries right away and even contacted me the day before the move to confirm my appointment. What blew me away was that these guys were prepared to take their shoes off every time they stepped foot into my new place. Since we’re doing a lot of work on the house and the floors are already lined with paper, I told them to go ahead and wear their shoes in the house, but wow — I really appreciated how considerate they were.
Skilled — When Lucky and crew packed their truck, they were like Tetris-​masters. Every square inch of space seemed to be utilized. This resulted in almost everything fitting into the truck in one run. Furthermore, not a single item was broken, no floor was dirtied or scratched, the walls remained pristine, every branch on my plants remained intact, and get this — these guys HAND-​CARRIED EVERY ITEM up to my second floor. I’m thankful for that, especially since the last movers I used messed up the wood flooring with hand-​trucks.
Inexpensive — with Lucky’s Delivery, I got 3 strong, fit movers for $ 130 an hour. My last set of movers took 12 hours and $ 1500 to move me. Lucky’s crew moved fast, trying to keep my cost down. These guys charged me for 3 hours/​$ 390. What a HUGE cost savings over my last movers/​ripoff artists! Lucky’s 16-​ft truck broke down, so he had to use his 10-​footer, which meant he had to do two trips. He didn’t charge me a penny for that 2^nd trip. Now THAT’S a bargain!
Moving is a very stressful endeavor, and a good, reliable moving company can make all the difference in the world. If I ever have to do this again (God-​forbid), I’m using Lucky and his crew. Great guys to work with. I had a last minute change to our move out date and these guys flexed their schedule to assist. I did a local move from Waikele to Red Hill. Rates are about 100 $ an hour but since traffic was so bad and we needed to make a few trips through traffic they didn’t even charge me for transit time and because it took longer than expected they took an hour of the charge off. Very honest and friendly. Made our move pretty much stress free. Would call these guys at the drop of a hat if we need to move again.
