Jeep was excellent. Service good, but, and it is a big one, I was quoted a rate of $ 45 per day as their website says. I verified it on the phone when I reserved, $ 45/​day. I was charged $ 149 per day. They denied telling me it was $ 45. They said jeeps never are. Look at the website… all cars $ 45. Very deceptive. Rent a jeep somewhere else is my advice.

Jim is terrific. He is funny and had the car ready to go when we got there. No pressure to add extras either.
Our only concern was that Jim said he liked to tell jokes to make life go by faster. When we’re 77, we will be doing things to sloooooooow it down!

The man who helped me, Jim, was very professional and friendly. I got the rate I was quoted on the phone by Vance many weeks earlier– no hassles. The car was very clean inside and out, a no-​automatic-​anything clunker with 90,000+ miles on it (but the A/​C worked great and it ran fine!). I only needed it for the day and it worked out great.
I was happy there even WAS a rental car place in Kanab– convenient, no waiting, and nice people. In small town Utah, who could ask for more?
