I had Crane replace a window a few years ago. It took a long time but eventually he showed up and replaced the window. During major remodeling last week, it turned out that he had cut the flange of the old window to remove it. The flange was still attached to the outside. Then he cut the flanges off the new window, put it in the hole and attached it with a couple of screws. He applied no flashing and water just came rushing in. Really poor job. Do not recommend!
