This business has gone down hill big time over the last 3 years!!! We bought all lighting fixtures for our house from them 5 years or so ago. Since we have taken back a couple fixtures for repair and replacement. Problems with fixtures were not their fault. HOWEVER, it has taken over 3 months to have one repair done and then they failed to call us when it was done! There system for tracking orders and repair work is woefully bad. Plus the staff (including the new owner) never offers an explanation for their lack of follow though and never even offers an apology. Customer service is completely missing from their mission statement and culture.
