Customer service sucks! Some employees have a bad attitude, not all. I used to go here almost everyday, but not anymore. I’ll go elsewhere.

Not bad

Tips: Avoid from 1130 – 1300. Any time before or after the lunch rush, is fantastic. If not expect to wait in a very long line with very hungry overworked people.
Location: Next to the Mini Mart/​Gas Station. Right inside the main gate, between the Navy Lodge/​PMO
Parking: About 15 or so Stalls that are shared with the Mini Mart/​
Service: Is usually great! I personally like this one better than the Subway in the Foodcourt. One person from my job is usually tasked to get the sandwiches for everyone and every time one of us comes here, they are fast, friendly, funny and understanding, which is very nice when you’re ordering 6 – 8 completely different sandwiches.

Horrible! Employees not working together, no one knows what the hell the other one is doing. Need better training of employees. Finally get to the end and the cashier just shoves my daughter’s sandwich in with mine (she had a kids meal and usually gets a different (kids) bag, the cashier didn’t know what came with the kids meal when I asked so we just grabbed a chocolate milk and didn’t get anything else… then I get home and the cashier had put the wrong sub in my bag! My daughters was correct but I had gotten a sandwich with lots of veggies and the guys sandwich I got was full of meat! I hate meat! UGH. Anyway, I just feel bad for the customer behind me because he got a veggie but paid for a full chicken/​bacon. Hope he was able to get a new sandwich made, unfortunately I didn’t open mine right away so I didn’t find out until it was too late.
