I never tried Pilates before as I haven’t had enough time to exercise like I used to. I found Dee’s Kailua Pilates website and thought I’d give them a try. WOW! It was an awesome experience. I’ve been an outrigger paddler for many years and I was surprised at how intense Pilates actually was. I felt very refreshed but also physically tested after my first session. I can’t wait to go again next week.
