Great customer service! Called to get a quote and the mechanic himself answered the phone and gave me a quote right away. Brought my car in the next day and they fixed it right away. Anthony the mechanic was very honest and pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend him to everyone and bring my car back for him to fix again.

I found this shop on Unilocal and decided to give them a call … I talked to Todd — I gave him some info of our problems and he was so polite. I made the initial appointment then called for the second time to change the time then called a third time to change the date (my husband was at work so I had to call and confirm things with him) anyways Todd was so patient with me thru all 3 phone calls. Thank you Todd for being so helpful. I will update the review after our car has been worked on.
Update: I will never go back. terrible service and shop rate is 90 dollars an hour. After we left our check engine light came on so we called around to find a different shop to check it out. we called a dealership and their hourly rate is 96 and that’s for a whole team to work on your car with all the proper equipment. Ugh, I wish I would have called around more before trusting their 5 star rating on Unilocal

The guy is an awesome guy who does quality work. Just had my brakes done, he’s good, fast, and HONEST! I recommend this place to everyone with any car troubles.

I had earlier had a cooling system problem and took it to a mechanic who fixed it for about $ 650. About a year and a half later, the same issue re-​occurred. I took my car to Chang’s and they fixed it for about $ 200. Also, it was done the same day.
Super fast, super fair prices, very friendly service. Since I have old cars, I’m sure I’ll need more things fixed and I will definitely take them here.

They were able to take my car in on relatively short notice. Provided me with a detailed verbal estimate over the phone.
With my approval they completed the repair as agreed upon.
An excellent transaction.
The shop seems a little sparse, but the work was done well. I was shown the replaced part and the wear areas before I paid the bill.
I will return with any of my car repair needs. I believe they can be trusted to not over diagnose problems and to offer fair pricing.

My husband and I are seasonal residents and took our 1990 Buick Reatta to Chang’s when we started having trouble with the brakes. We can’t recommend Anthony, the mechanic, highly enough. He diagnosed the problem while we waited, ordered the parts we needed (shopping around to find the best deal), and offered to do the repair that day. When the delivery was delayed through no fault of his own, he apologized profusely and finished the repair as soon as the parts arrived. Later, we had further problems with the brakes because one of the replacement parts malfunctioned (while under warranty). Anthony called around to find a replacement part, and when it wasn’t available, rebuilt the part from a kit. He insisted on taking responsibility for the repair even though the malfunction wasn’t his fault, drove us all the way back to our condo, and then delivered the car to us after repairing it. Anthony is honest, patient, prompt, reliable, and very knowledgeable. He communicates clearly, in plain English, and is a pleasure to deal with. I just wish we could take him back to Colorado with us!
