History
Established in 1964.
Ed Bouvette and his wife started Bouvette Properties in 1964 as a full service property management company with only 30 properties. We have been in our current location since 1999. Our building, known as the Carnes-Hansard House, is a significant structure located in the heart of the Jonesboro Historic District, predating the American Civil War. We now manage and maintain over 300 properties in the Metro Atlanta Area.
Our clients include homeowners living in Georgia, throughout the nation, and the world. We would be happy to serve you and meet your real estate needs.

Business Owner
Ed Bouvette grew up in Atlanta, GA. He graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1963 with honors and a degree in Industrial Management. The following year, Ed went on to acquire his real estate license and began venturing into the real estate business along with his wife and college sweetheart, Fay. Together, they founded Bouvette Properties, and since its beginnings the business has been family owned and operated. In order to round out a full service approach to the real estate business, Ed and Fay began working in property management in 1982. Now, they currently manage 250 rental properties and are growing rapidly.
