I don’t go to a McDonald’s expecting a gourmet meal, but this is one slow «fast» food joint. I ordered a Big Mac and fries and waited at least 10+ minutes. When I asked the cashier where my food was, I got snapped at. I was just driving through town and needed a quick bite to eat. Would not recommend this place. There are other options nearby.

Gross… Out of convince we stopped here for the kids since they were hungry. With in hours both kids were in the bathroom with sick stomachs. This is near where I work as well and other coworkers have made reference to same issue with this specific mcdonalds off of houbolt Rd and I80 in Joliet.
Will avoid this place always now!

I don’t know if this is the exact locatiuon, nor the exact town, it was late, dark, and we all were tired. We were heading home to Chicago after our last basketball game and were dying to eat something, anything. So we ran into McDonald’s, expecting your nnormal bruger place (with clowns) but no… the kids were so inthralled with the video games andair hockey tables that we didnt leave that place for 45 minutes, with more than an hour or so drive to get back home. They made teenagers coming off their most depressing game have fun. Good job, McDonald’s.
