Crest Hill Cat and Dog Clinic are very helpful and you can tell that they truly care about the animals in their care. I had 2 out of 3 of my family’s cats neutered and spayed through the low income option due to my father being disabled. Some places don’t treat you very nicely when you have a voucher similar to this, but our little pet family were treated great.
We were warned by Banfield (I have one cat on their wellness plan still) that there could be extra costs for our male maine coon as one of his testicles never dropped that we could see $ 200+ extra for the additional part of the surgery and that was with the wellness plan. At this clinic? It ended up being a very easy work around and it didn’t cost anything extra. I was very happy with that.
I will bring my pets back here for shots and primary care in the future. Thank you for your great service.

Our furbabies Rosie, Ginger, Dixie, and Benny LOVE Dr Wally and Dr Ling. These doctors genuinely CARE about their patients, and the vet techs and office staff are all extremely knowledgeable, nice and compassionate. They all know our dogs by name when they walk in the door! If it were possible to give a rating of more than 5 stars I would!

After our old veterinarian of 20 + years retired and moved away, we were recommended to CHCADC and couldn’t be happier!
They have a wonderful staff who really care about animals. Everyone from the front desk, vet techs, to the vets themselves are outstanding.
When our 13+ yo dog needed ACL surgery, Dr. Walley did an outstanding job. She passed away a few months later due to medical problems not related to her ACL injury but the fact that Dr. Walley came in on his day off, and leaving to go out of town, to check up on her after hearing she was admitted and having problems was mind blowing. In the end we had to put her down but the care she received and the care WE received afterwards was… well there really is no words to describe. Dr. Walley and Casey were just wonderful.
We now take our new puppy there and she’s received the best care possible!

We’ve been recommending Dr. Ling and Dr. Walley for many years now… If you’re looking for amazing pet care from Vets/​staff who have genuine concern, and know exactly what they’re doing, this is the place to be. Knowing our furr-​babies are in excellent hands (if/​when crucial times occur) makes our 40+ minute drive to their office worth every mile, hands down. Wish we could give more than 5 stars…

The staff is so friendly and helpful. It is a pleasure to go there. You get quality care and a real concern for your pets. My dog had surgery on his leg and receives laser treatment on his other leg after hurting it by chasing a rabbit in our yard. THEY ARE NOT LIKE BANFIELD WHICH IS HORRIBLE INCLUDING STAFF.

We found Crest Hill Cat & Dog Clinic after our dog, Ruby, came down with cancer and were immediately impressed by the care and attention with which they treated her. The entire staff went above and beyond for us and it was a relief knowing that our dog was in such capable hands. We can’t think of a single thing they could have done better. Sadly, the cancer eventually claimed Ruby but the help we received made her last days comfortable and allowed her to pass on in peace. Our only regret is that we didn’t find this place sooner. Rest assured, the next dog we give a Forever Home to will be given a «Forever Vet» as well: Crest Hill Cat & Dog Clinic.
Update: We adopted another dog and the shelter gave us a list of vets they were affiliated with where we could get free examinations, vaccinations and what-​not. But we insisted on taking her to Crest Hill Cat and Dog Clinic instead. They’re THAT good!

Dr meno and her staff are amazing at crest hill. People that are truly passionate about their career. They give love, attention & concern for your pet, we won’t be taking our Mannie anywhere else but here!

We live in Naperville and travel to Crest Hill for Dr. Wally and Dr. Ling, would not think of going elsewhere.
We have been a client of Dr. Wally and Dr. Ling since 2003. We started with Dr. Wally at Naperville Animal Hospital, followed him to Glen Ellyn where Dr. Ling worked and now at Crest Hill. I would not consider going anywhere else! The staff is friendly, experienced and very knowledgeable. The doctors are always available for questions, advice and concerned with giving your pet the best care possible. They are an office that takes the time to talk to you and really gets to know you pet. They only do what is absolutely necessary to determine the best health plan for your dog.
From our Yorkie swallowing a ear plug and having kidney disease, our adopted Labradoodle with Parvo, one Golden Retriever with kidney disease and the other Golden Retriever has IBS… we see them alot! They are ALWAYS willing to go beyond what other clinics in the Naperville area have done in the past. And it is personalized to fit each dog’s needs.
Plus they contribute so much to their communities.

Dr. Ling and Dr. Wally have seen our 3 dogs forever. We love them both! We actually followed them when they left their Glen Ellyn location to open Crest Hill Cat and Dog Clinic. While it’s a much further distance to drive, it is WELL worth it! Their personal relationship with all of our animals could never be replaced! Two of our dogs we adopted, thanks to their intense involvement with various animal rescues. Each of our animals have had several surgeries, ailments, and even a scare with cancer… but due to the early diagnosis, and precision of Dr. Ling, upon examination, and Dr. Wally in surgery, all of my dogs are happy and healthy to this day! Also, I wanted to mention that I love the fact that instead of costly medicine, Dr. Ling has recommended on several occasions healthy supplements for ailments, i.e. arthritis. Our cancer scare was thankfully found so early by Dr. Ling, due to her vast experience with different dog breeds, that our dog will live a long life! Thank you so much Dr. Ling! Even the entire staff at Crest Hill seem like family, and are always so helpful and caring. We are so pleased with our vets at Crest Hill, I wish everyone could find people so caring as these!

We have three dogs (Lolita, Nathan, and Peter) and three cats (Nigel, Joan, and Lilith) living with us in our house in Chicago. These animals are all of varying ages ranging from 2 to 16 years old. Dr Walley, Dr Ling and their staff have taken excellent care of all our animals medical needs.
We actually drive from Chicago to Joliet for the great service they provide. They actually care about us and our animals. They diagnose, explain our options with both health choices and price, communicate with us the entire way and even check up on our critters afterwards.
I cannot say enough good stuff about them. They have even conveniently located their clinic near a Culvert’s so we can go get butterburgers for the humans afterwards.
We will be lifelong patients at their clinic!!!

Dr. Ling and Dr. Wally have been by vets for nearly 4 years and I can’t say enough about them. They have a great bedside manner with my dog, always return calls and are ready to help! Their staff is always friendly and educated about what’s happening in the pet community. I’d give them 6 stars if I could!

Although the staff is friendly and I do like the veterinarians on staff I was turned away 2 days in a row for my very sick dog. I’m sorry but I’ve had pets my entire life and never have I been turned away. I had to seek medical help at an emergency vet. I can’t express my disappointment enough. I personally will not be returning and I will find someone else to care for my babies.

I can’t say enough about this clinic! We have 3 dogs, all spoiled rotten and very particular about everything. The doctors and the entire staff are terrific. Our dogs loved them from our first visit! As a matter of fact, the last time my wife took our dainty 120lb Doberman for a follow-​up visit, he practically dragged her into the office. This place being only 1.5 miles from our house is a huge change from driving 25 miles each way. Try this clinic and be assured you’ll be back.

Still coming to Crest Hill two years later. We LOVE Dr. Ling — specifically, I appreciate her thoughtfulness to try other means (vitamins, supplements) instead of going straight to medication.
They’re still #1 on responsiveness as well. I travel a lot, so I have to leave messages and they always call me back. Service is GREAT!

Dr. Walley keeps surprising us with awesome service. He has easily become a lifelong veterinarian for our family and any future pets. This story has a sad ending, but should help anyone still considering Crest Hill Cat and Dog Clinic.
Our 3 year old Golden Retriever suffered heat stroke during a walk this past Saturday morning. We were prepared for the warm weather of Saturday and had brought plenty of water, chose a path with a lot of shade and soft grass. We even went very early in the morning before the heat kicked in (it was in the low 80’s with limited humidity). Regardless of the measures that we took, the heat still took to Lovie (our friend, family member, and of course pet). We had taken her on walks in very similar weather, so this was the last thing on our mind. Regardless, it still happened and I’m sure no matter what, my wife and I will regret the decision to take her on a walk that morning for the rest of our lives. However, the fast reactions from Dr. Walley’s team and those at VCA Aurora gave us a fighting chance to save her. We had called Dr. Walley and asked him what to do — his team suggested the VCA in Aurora and to get there ASAP. When we arrived, they did everything they could over the course of 12 hours. Late that evening, we had to make the decision and faced the facts. We would never want to put her through pain and she was not going to survive.
The purpose to this post though is that Dr. Walley called me this morning to share his sympathies for our loss of Lovie. He reviewed her situation from the report that he received which made me feel even more confident about the decision that we made.Dr. Walley and Dr. Ling have been our go-​to vet ever since we were referred by a family member, but after today there’s no question in my mind that they will be our lifelong veterinarians and friends. Our grieving begins today, but the care that Dr. Walley and Dr. Ling gave Lovie throughout her life was nothing short of amazing and helped her have a very active and wonderful life.
Thank you for all that you have done, we will continue to bring our furry friends to you. If there was an award for amazing service and outstanding care, you both deserve it — hands down.
