Preferred Pest Control, a leader in the central Iowa area for nearly 30 years, is the only company in Iowa that is owned and operated by an Iowa State University graduate Entomologist.

Started in 1985 by Brad Smith, Preferred Pest Control has become a full service pest control provider to homes, businesses, schools, and industry. We realize that sometimes your pest problem can’t wait and we offer same day emergency service at no additional charge.
