Brew Plum specializes in gourmet coffees and espresso drinks as well as the best French crepes around. We carry the best beans, pull perfect shots and perform your favorite drinks. Since we are located inside Nelson Fine Art, coffee drinkers can sit with artwork by local artists. We share our Wifi and encourage business people and students alike to meet and work as they sip their favorite drink.

History

Established in 2007.

First opened as a kiosk inside Nelson Fine Art to provide gourmet coffee to staff and clients, Brew Plum expanded quickly to become a hot spot in the expanding cultural center of Johnson City, TN.

Owner of Brew Plum located inside his art gallery, Nelson Fine Art, Dick N has been a fixture in the downtown Johnson City, TN business district since 1990. Most proud of bringing art and fine coffee to the region, he would rather let the drinks and art speak for him.

Love this place! The ambiance is is wonderful. The quietness makes it a perfect place to study. Prices are reasonable but the quality is great. If you’re looking for a crêpe place in Johnson City this is definitely the place! They have both sweet and savory crepes and they are all freshly made to order. There is an abundance of drinks. Currently they have nitro cold brew coffee which is amazingly smooth. Go to Brew Plum and try it!

Crepes were great. Hit the place as they unlocked the door and someone was a no show so the wait was longer than I would normally expected. Vibe is great and service good. We will be back.

Ventured out on a Sunday morning for a little something different. What a find! They make crepes to order. We had salmon and spinach and the Mexican fiesta. Super fresh ingredients and delicious. Staff was wonderful friendly. And then the extra perk is its an art gallery.

The best coffee in the Tri-​Cities area, by far! Good quality stuff served here. Very friendly service & located inside of the Nelson Fine Art Gallery (one of the oldest businesses in the downtown Johnson City area). So you’ve got a lot of things to look at while you’re waiting on a good cup of coffee. This one is a definite MUST !
