My name is Richard Quinones, President of Sb Comm LLC. I have been in the Low Voltage, Audio/​Video, and I. T support industry for over 15 years. All this time I have always witnessed the hoops customers must jump through, and the dead ends they hit when it comes to customer support for all of their electronics. As technology advances the companies that provide service for them do not. I have seen numerous customers talk to there Audio/​Video integrator and they say it’s the service providers fault (i.e. Comcast, DirecTV, AT&T etc.). Then you talk to your service provider and they say there is nothing wrong and they cannot touch your high end equipment because they are not trained on that equipment, and do not want to be liable for anything that can go wrong. This experience is extremely frustrating from the customer’s perspective.

So our goal at Sb Comm LLC is simple, «We Provide Solutions» to integrate technology into your everyday life, and make it enjoyable and stress free.
