Sitting here right now! 1.5 hours in and I still haven’t seen a doctor. When I arrived there was no one here? This place is brutal. At this point I’m not sure there’s a doctor here?

My family has used Reagan Medical(John’s Creek) for both urgent and ongoing care. It is my go-to place; I am always impressed at how quickly they can work me in even on a walk-in. I don’t have a lot of free time, and even though I pass 4 – 5 other Urgent Care centers on the way to Reagan-I always go there because I know once I’m in the door they’ll have me on the road to recovery in no time. Their doctors and RNs are wonderful, and the support staff is fantastic to work with. We self-pay for prescriptions, and the staff at Reagan always offer advice on where to fill different prescriptions to save money-a huge help!

I visited the Johns Creek clinic in Jan-2014 and was suprised by the promp service and the PA that saw me. Yesterday not feeling well decided to stop by again. It was 2:30pm, I was the only patient in lobby and saw the last patiend visited at 12:30pm, the receptionist said it was a slow day. I waited in lobby for about 30min., then was taken back to get weight, temp etc and put in room waiting on Dr or PA what ever. I was in this room for a little over an hour before the PA showed up. I was literally walking out the door as she arrived. No appogy for the wait or any explanation. She diagnosed me and sent in percription all in about 10 min. I have no idea what took so long but will probably no be back unless last resort. I don’t think the PA or any other Dr was even on-site and was called in once they had a patient, I wish they would have told me and I would have driven a couple miles to the next urgent care office.

As far as urgent care goes, this staff here is super nice. Without an appointment, patients should expect to wait, but it’s to be expected. The pricing for an office visit is extremely reasonable. While I was in the office another patient was quite difficult with the office staff, but they remained professional and calm. Everyone does their best to make sure patient care is provided to the best of their ability. If waiting is an issue for you, schedule an appointment. Without an appointment, expect to wait. I’ll be back again and again. My husband was here a few months ago and received the same great service on a Sunday. Pretty awesome compared to the ER visit.

Avoid this clinic. I took my daughter there after she complained about abdominal pain. The PA shows up completely disheveled and unprofessional and sees her for less than two minutes and decides to order a cbc. My five year old is terrified by the thought of blood, this PA decides he is going to explain the importance of this test and goes into a narrative that no five year old, and probably no 15 year old on the planet wants to hear just before they are bled. Then he and two«assistants» pin my 5 year old and stick… Twice! They then tell me her wbc’s are extremely elevated and tell me to take her to the Children ‘s er-problem is they give me the wrong address. When I finally get to the children’s er, they weigh her and she weighs 39 pounds, her weight was recorded as 32 pounds at Reagan Medical Center — how the hell are they 7 pounds off! Unbelievable, the children’s er doc tested her and concluded that the PA at Reagan Medical Center had no idea(my words, not the doctor’s) what he was doing after all tests came back negative! Idiot PA just cost me $ 125 copay for no reason! Needless to say, I will never set foot in this place again and I will warn everyone I know to do the same!

Waited over 2.5 hours — definitely not urgent care. Used the restroom while waiting and found a urine sample on the counter and dirty surroundings. Makes me very uncomfortable being here. I highly recommend finding another urgent care facility. I left after waiting over 3 hours.

Horrible experience. Hour and half wait and with just one physician assistant looking at patients they had no estimate on when they can take see us. Defies the purpose of urgent care… there seem to be other places close by for next time

This is my third time here in 1 and half years. The service is so poor I will not go back. I am writing this from an exam room. I have been here 1 ½ hours and have not seen a doctor yet. There was one other person at the clinic when I came in. The same thing happened my first time and they apologized afterward. The second visit was a normal wait.
