Catch Air Johns Creek

We have visited this spot for birthday parties, and the kids always have a phenomenal time. Lots of exercise, jumping, and activity leads to a great night’s sleep for the little ones. Special areas for smaller children.
Note that everyone inside wears socks only, so going to the bathroom can be a little gross (walking in public bathrooms in my socks is not my favorite). Also, some of the bounce houses are set up in a way that it is difficult for adults to access some points, so if your little one gets inside and gets scared, it is hard to get to them to coach them out.

Most favorite Catch Air location! Clean, fantastic staff & fun games!

I liked this place it’s big and my son can run and play from end to end. Everyone has to wear socks, my only gripe is that when you go into the bathroom the floor maybe wet which is just gross how am I supposed to know what I stepped into is just water or worse pee. My feet feel violated.

We went to Catch Air over the weekend with my Toddler.
Since my daughter is 2, entry price was about 6 $.
Being a Saturday evening, it was extremely crowded with multiple parties on. But then we expected it.
Next we started looking for Toddler games that she could play on. They have a nice collection of cars, gym replicas, blocks etc for toddlers to play with.
However, my baby wanted to get on an inflatable one! So we look for a toddler one. And WOW! There are kids of all ages but toddlers in it. So with the thought that my kid could get hurt in there, we started looking for others games for her.
Found one more with balls, which my daughter had fun in. Next there were some non-​toddler slides through a maze like structure & an inflatable slide which my daughter enjoyed on as well.
But all the time, we had to be very cautious and alert about her getting hurt since kids of all ages were on all rides (toddler/​kids).
There were kids climbing over the slide and jumping on the backside of it. And almost zero staff supervision for such unruly behavior which could hurt other kids.
So while I will go back, but will definitely choose a less crowded day & time.
And yes, they did not stamp or give bracelets. So, keep your eye on your kid all the time.

The kids have fun. But adults have to wear socks as well. The floors in the men’s room are wet and sticky. Pee socks! Been here twice for birthday parties. Both times I left disgusted. Then I think of all the pee socks running all over this place. Also there are no bracelets or anyone paying attention to who is coming and going so not the most secure place. We will not be returning.

Great place place for children between 2 and 8.
You can’t beat the price, especially since the kids are allowed to play as long as they’d like.
My daughter had her birthday party here and loved every minute of it. The coordinator did a good job making sure the room was clean and answering my questions.
The only two negatives:
1. The dance party should be more private. There were a lot of kids who saw Hello Kitty coming and joined in on the dancing while the children in our party were trying to enjoy it.
2. Some people bring kids that are way too big for the venue and things get a little rough.
All things considered, the place is clean and very enjoyable for the kids.

Overall, this place is fantastic! Children of all ages (ours is 2) are able to run around and play with over sized slides, bouncy things (castle, slide, obstacle course), and many others. The toys are safe and even when the place is packed, there are quieter areas if you have a shy one (like we sometimes do). The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that they definitely lack supervision. I have seen some kids be exceedingly rough with other kids that they don’t know, but it remained a free for all. Obviously the parents are much more to blame (several just let their kids loose and then play Candy Crush, never looking up), but I’d like employees to comment when a child is grossly misusing a play area. To be fair, we’ve never had an issue here, but I’ve seen problems for others before.
Nevertheless, I do feel that if you pay attention, your child will have a great time and never want to leave!

Wait a minute. You’re telling me that there is a relatively inexpensive indoor playground with a bunch of toys, inflatable bouncers and wide open spaces for your toddler to run around and burn energy in hopes of them napping for 3+ hours afterwards thereby allowing you to get some time to yourself that doesn’t involve hearing someone whine about being hungry or whine about wanting to watch that damn Thomas the Train show for the umpteenth time, and people aren’t rating it 5 stars? Anything that gives my child the opportunity to run around uninhibited and burn energy so that he falls asleep within seconds of getting in the car gets 5 stars from me. I love this place.

I’m giving Catch Air 2* for toddlers. The only plus this place has over jumpjump is that there is a bounce house designed for the little ones. Other wise the toddler area is very very lacking in activities and toys for them. In fact it has some that I think are inappropriate for the age group on that side of the building.
It is also too crowded as a lot of the older kids were on that side and were not playing well with the smaller ones.
You can bring your own food and drink and thats essential since their concession area is all candy and junk food.

PROs:
1. Very committed to cleanliness. Employees are constantly vacuuming and cleaning. This mommy here loves that!
2. Did I say the place is clean? ;) The times we’ve been there the bathroom is kept tidy and clean. (Not sure about the boys restroom. Never been in it and dont plan to: P)
3. (Almost) Endless activities!!! Seriously, so many trinkets, toys, gadgets, obstacles, games, rides & more!
4. If your child likes a bit mellow activities, they have TWO ball pits (My toddler absolutely LOVES them!); a train table, pretend school bus and big area with rubber jumbo Legos.
5. Do your kids love mascots? Mine do! If you go weekends, you absolutely wont leave the place w/​o seeing at least 2 mascots walking around and dancing with kids! I have seen: Dora, Hello Kitty, Buzz, a brown bear (?) and a dog.
6. Free fast wi-​fi

Cons:
1. Food — not so great. We went here on a lunch time and decided to eat. The only lunch they serve is pizza that they don’t personally make. They order from outside which takes about 30 – 40 mins to get to your table. But this is not stopping me from going back! Just not eating there for a meal.
2. When you leave, they don’t really check the paper if you «own» your kids. They just simply let you walk out.

My friends threw a birthday party here for their 4 year-​old daughter recently. The invitation said to come with socks. NO BARE FEET ALLOWED. So look, if I have to be in my sock-​feet for 2 hours, I’m wearing COOL SOCKS. It should be a rule.
So this place seems pretty cool — probably much cooler from a kid’s perspective. It is a large open play area with a huge inflated slide, large play structure, things to spin in, on and roll around in. The kids were happy as clams and the adults stood around and caught up with one another.
Now the cons. The party was to start at 1:30pm. The previous party was still in our room at 1:30, and the frontdesk girls (and I mean girls — they were maybe early 20s — IF that) were at a loss when I gave the birthday girl’s name as to where to send me. So they finally pointed me to a red door and told me to put my shoes in the bin with the birthday girl’s name on it (no bin had her name on it yet). I put my shoes in a cubby hole and walked to the red door and found other grown-​ups.
We chatted and slowly the previous family left the room with the red door. Then a couple of employees cleaned out the room and started to set it up for OUR party. Luckily, the room being ready did not preclude the kids playing. It just kept the adults (some with babies) from having a place to sit, feed the babies, etc. Finally, by 2pm, we were allowed into the red room and it was set up with tablecloth, balloons, etc.
We had the pizza (didn’t bother to try it as it was past lunch time), but it looked tasty enough. Not sure where they bought it from. The girl working the room/​party for us did a great job handling the party, cake/​cupcakes, etc. She was great and took care of everyone. She saved me from thinking the staff was a buch of kids who had no clue what they were doing.
The concept is good, the execution is good, but I think they need more organized, slightly older folks there helping run the joint to prevent such delays from happening (maybe the problem is that they overbooked)?
The birthday girl was happy — truly that is all that matters.

Myself and my daughter loved the place. My little one was actually sleepy when we just entered but as soon as she saw other kids running around and playing, she swung in action immediately.
I like the way its organised and the only suggestion that I would think of is having more focus to the toddlers. Like having more games like swings and slides that are smaller and suitable for them.
However am sure one will not regret the visit :-)

They have a huge play area for the bigger kids. But it sure was a bit too much. Toys everywhere, unorganized. I’d say Catch Air in Suwanee is a lot more cleaner and organized. But John Creek location is definitely a lot bigger.
The café was not impressing at all (I like Hippo Hopp’s variety and «adult foods»).
Probably would go again since it’s so close to the house and it’s big. My son sure loves it, but he loves all the indoor playgrounds.

LOVE this place!!! We visit every time we are in town, just wish we had one in Louisiana! My kids play for hours and I can sit back and read. And my favorite part is the twin discount we get when we go! :)

This place is great for kids on a hot summer day when it’s too hot to go to the playground at the park. My kids love this place. It’s so big that if you don’t keep an eye on your kids, they can get lost. The huge play structure with three slides is their favorite.
The place can get VERY crowded on a Saturday. I think they have three party rooms and they can have back-​to-​back parties all day. Sometimes on Saturdays, there seem to be just way too many people– both parents and children.
It’s socks-​only when you go in, but our socks become very dirty afterward. I guess it’s better than going barefoot.

My friends with kids tell me Catch-​Air is the best indoor playground in Atlanta — I heard the Suwanee location is even bigger … which is hard to believe b/​c I was impressed during my visit yesterday, and can’t even imagine from the perspective of a little kid! The little kid inside me wanted to go on the gigantic inflatable slide — I’ll be the one volunteering to go with the kid who’s too scared to go by himself/​herself :)

I heard it’s best to go on weekdays — no surprise, weekends get crowded. Everyone incl. adults do need to remove their shoes — so don’t forget to bring socks.
FYI — they’re located just behind Taco Bell.

I like Catch Air in John’s Creek, a lot. It is a great place to take toddlers and older, and there is something to do for every age. I love going there in the mornings, soon after they open, because no one is ever there. You basically are sharing the space with a few other people. On the weekends, and late afternoons it gets CRAZY with kids. I would never have a birthday party here, mostly because it is so crowded all the time… BUT, they do have several private rooms for parties, and they do special activities for birthday’s as well.
CAJC offer lunch most days as well. You can order in from Chick-​fil-​a, and eat at the play place! It’s a nice perk. They also have free coffee for the parents which is nice a well.
Overall I would say it’s decently clean, tons of options on things to do, and friendly staff. The location on State Bridge and Jones Bridge is tucked away a little bit, but it is convenient from 400 and overall easy to get to.

I was so hesitant to bring my 20 month old son here because of a bad experience at a different place with inflatables. I am SO glad that I took a chance and got to see how WONDERFUL Catch Air is!
We just moved to the area a month ago, and I’ve been trying to find places to take him. Being that it’s cold outside, it’s not possible to go to the park, so I was hoping to find something indoor, but also very toddler friendly. I couldn’t have picked anything better than Catch Air.
We went at 10am (when they open) on a Wednesday and it was PERFECT. There were other kiddos there, but not too many that it was crowded. Everyone played well together and the place is HUGE so there’s more than enough space for everyone.
I HIGHLY suggest the multi-​visit pass if you’re going to go more than a few times. It was $ 31 with tax and we got the ten-​visit punch card and our visit that day was free. So basically, we got 11 visits for $ 31.00. Had I not bought the card, it would have been $ 5.50 for him to get in for the day. Just with the card, I saved around $ 20! Definitely a good deal! We’ll probably go once a week and the card will last us 10 weeks… can’t beat that! AND… you can stay and play as long as you want, so you’re not limited to just an hour or less for your fun.
I loved that everything was clean, organized, and there were SO MANY fun things for my son. We will for sure be back and think you should give it a shot too!

It really doesn’t get much better than this for indoor playgrounds for kids. Imagine everything a kid can want (ie. games, balls of all kinds (ie. big balls, small balls, bouncy balls, plastic balls), holes, tunnels, bouncy beds, bouncy houses, rolling toys, skeet ball, cushioned toys, slides, climbing gizmos and gadgets, pizza, hot dogs, juice, oh, did i say balls? Yup, they’ve got em, and my son and my family love it here.
Parents have plenty to keep them occupied including using their free wifi, or more importantly be a kid again with their children and just have a blast together. It’s a giant playground that works anytime of the year, rain, snow or shine. Parking is plentiful, price is right, and ambiance is fantastic.
Highly recommended for all parents & children of all ages. A+++

I’ve already asked how to franchise this place! Yes, it is THAT amazing. Catch Air puts Monkey Joes and any other cheapo bounce house center to pure shame! The guy who owns these locations, truly, had a great imagination when thinking of what to offer children of ALL ages. My son is 9 and thanked me within 10 minutes for bringing him here. They offer bounce houses, huge rolling toys, basketball, skeet ball, padded flooring and best of all FREE WiFi and coffee for parents. We arrived when they open at 10AM and within the first 30 minutes this place was full of kiddies. Best part is that its so huge, the kids can roam all day and not have to wait to share activities. Smart, smart, smart!!! My beloved aspect of Catch Air is how super clean the environment is. Seriously, I do not expect to carry home 20 infectious virus’ today. Thank you, Catch Air!
