Awesome place!!! I have been trying to get my eye exam for the past 2 months, but work and scheduling made me push it. This place was extremely convenient and solved all my problems. I was an hour late compared to what time I said I would come and it was close to their closing hours, but they said I should come anyways. The staff were extremely accommodating and I felt like they let me feel welcome despite being passed their closing hours. They even gave my brother exam even though he hadn’t plan on getting one.
Although the place was quite small compared to my previous eye exam places, they don’t skip out on anything and do a very thorough examination. I would say they are priced competitively and they even match 1−800-contacts.
Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this place.

This is the answer to my prayers — as I dreaded going back to Lenscrafters & similar franchises. The staff at Optometrx is knowledgeable, corteous, cool styles to pick from. Great selection, and even better: they beat Lenscrafters prices! And anyone elses. Give them a shot. Definitely worth it.

I called the store after finding out that my insurance no longer covered my old optometrist. They were able to see me later the same day. There was no one in the store when I arrived around 5:20, but another person came in right after me and then someone came in early for a later appointment. I got to go first as soon as I finished my paperwork. First you see a doctor’s assistant and then you see the doctor. They had me in and out quite quickly without seeming rushed, although the person who came early for his appointment was still waiting in the front as I was paying.
They have everything they need on site and offered to send me home that day with contacts. I wanted a specific brand they didn’t have, so they are ordering them for me and matching the price of the online contact stores. They said they would call me in a few days when they came in.
Overall, this was one of the most painless experiences I’ve ever had trying to renew my prescription and refill my contacts. Excellent set up!

Best experience I have ever had at an optometrist, exam was thorough. Appointment was as scheduled, even got to try my new prescription in glasses to ensure I was comfortable with the change. I was sized and measure. When my glasses were ready all that was needed was to pick them up. Just perfect.

My family are usual customers, solely on the reason that the staff were incredible friendly and welcoming. They feel like a part of the community instead of just a store. David is the best and my mother loves him. When they renovated and were out for a bit, we missed them because we had to go to another place which wasn’t that great. Glad they’re back because we wouldn’t imagine going anywhere else. If you want great service with good people then I would recommend this place. Glad we found it.
