Listen to the reviews and their right. They got my order completely wrong. I love the Indian condiment Mango pickle but they were rude. Was so happy I could order Indian seasonings. Bet the service is not worth it. Don’t bother with this company.

Horrible service. No sense of customer relationship. My order didn’t get delivered and they didn’t even inform me, when I called, the lady said it will be delivered tomorrow. I asked her why as I ordered before 4 she just plainly hung up on me. I cancelled my order and decided to never order from them again. The delivery is always late. Extremely rude people. Never going to order from here again.

While they started out well and had decent customer service, they have robbed me off my $$ in the past order. I ordered a bunch of stuff a month back. The delivery was done the same evening. The guy who delivered said that my order was missing the cauliflower i had ordered and that I’d be reimbursed in 2 – 3 days. Then i happened to verify my order. It was missing 2 out of the 3 onion bags ordered AND4 lbs of tomatoes. I send an email describing my case. No response for days. I decide to call in and get my 16.93 $ back. A very polite person receives the call and promises that all i needed to do was to resend that email and I’d have my money back. No refund. I call in again. I am once again told, that he was sooo sorry, and that i’d def get it back if i forwarded the email to him ONELAST time. what did you expect? 3 weeks passed, still no refund. I sent him the last email yesterday and no response. I can’t blv they chose to lose a regular, loyal customer for not returning a mere 16.93 $.! i’m obviously not returning as your client. And mind well, I have a ton of friends whom I had recommended gingerfresh to, and they’re all going to know about your unacceptable practices and quit.

no customer service, thats why I always pay«cash-on-delivery». Ordered a few times already. They deliver in the evening. It is very convenient. I am happy with the service. It has worked for me. Not great service or website but definitely meets expectations. Occasional switch of brands can happen. I went with that expectation and it didnt bother me. It saves me a trip to an overcrowded cash-n-carry. So I am happy that an online delivery exists. Delivery not guaranteed same day as promised. It could be same day or next day or the day after. Depends on how hard you pray ;) ;) good luck and hope for the best.
