Had the VERY WORST experience. First: only delivered some of my furniture that was in storage. Had to go back to warehouse to look for the remainder of the pieces. Secondly: totally lost all of my lamp shades…8 missing. Said they never had them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They did nothing to rectify the situation.

These guys are awesome, friendly, and simply enough get the job done on time, on budget. They are a local company and have a personal touch more than any of the bigger chains. HIRE THEM

I was given one quote for specifically 4 guys and 2 trucks. It was so chaotic on moving day. When it was finished the price was for 5 guys and almost $ 300 more. I spoke to EJ on the phone and even reminded him that we spoke about this prior to the move and we were in agreement. But basically he said to bad. I will never use them again or recommend them. I feel cheated.

I just used Jensen Moving for a big move. I had a coupon from a home show where I met the owner, Tom. He had some good tips about packing and preparing to leave our old house. I liked that they were local and I had actually seen their trucks around town over the years. I’d never used a moving company before, and it was so much nicer. This move would have been too much to do by ourselves. We had a dedicated crew and truck so things went pretty quick. The guys were professional and I really didn’t have to do much on the day of the move.
They loaded the truck in a certain order so that unloading at our new house was easier. They put the furniture and the boxes in the room they belonged. No problems, glad we gave them a try.

I recently moved from Miami to Aventura and it went very well. The new place was not as big as the old so they helped me move all my furniture and anything extra was placed in storage. They were very helpful as well as timely and efficient.
Its wonderful having a good move, i read about so many bad ones but Jensen is really one of the best!

I’ve Been Waiting to get internet so I could Start damaging your reputation like you ruined and broke, lost and stole all my stuff and had the nerve to charge me 1500.00. so now where do we start. No legs for sofa, they took them off and never put them back on. N o one knew how to pack up a grandfather clock, so I had to get my friend to do it for me. They lost the weights. They broke so much glass, so if you hire them make sure they give you a case of crazy glue for all your repairs. Also the movers weighed about 140 lbs. My grandson has bigger arms. Also today 4 months later I discover that one of them stoled s coin collection that I have had for 30 yrs. Then on top of that they would not even come to my house to look at damages. So you decide do you want to trust this co. with all your loved possessions. I won’t ever again I would not let move my trash. They need a lower rating system, because 1 star is to many!!!

I Recently moved in Hobe Sound, Fl. And I got a good recommendation from a good reliable source for a mover. Jensen Beach movers on Savannah rd was recommended. I met with a young man at my home who assured me of their great record and no problems with stealing. I have to say My husband and I were soooo disappointed. It was raining and they moved my furniture without wrapping it which I was told they would wrap. I insisted they wrap and they did on a few items but most beds went unwrapped. Out of 4 men 2 were on cell phones most of the time. One young man came late with his own auto. I was willing to overlook many of the unprofessional behaviors, until we realized we had items stolen. We were contacted by one mover in the evening who told us he witnessed one of the movers stealingand putting items in the young mans own car. He was distressed that he didn’t say anything. I called the moving Co. And left a message. That evening I was contacted by another young man that moved us that day (the alleged thief) and he said he found one item. It wasn’t until a few days later after we unpacked that we realized more items were missing. We called the company back. They still never returned our call and asked them to get our merchandise back. After no success we called the thief back and asked for everything he stole. He wanted to know where to meet if he could get a hold on it. He informed us he was on probation and didn’t want any trouble, To make a very long and upsetting story short we didn’t get our items back, the owner said he believed his men that they didn’t take anything and told us to take care of problem ourselves. I find it upsetting that a man on probation was allowed to work for a moving company. I find it more upsetting that the owner was mostly indifferent, never apologized and never even called us until a week later after we called him again. This isn’t over, I just wanted to make sure nobody uses this company again. They may have been good before but they aren’t anymore, this is the first time I have said anything bad about any business in writing. I strongly advise and warn you before you use this moving company. This is really a no star.
