I was stuck in contract with this company for too many years.
The rotating stream of techs who came to service the system that was put in by this company each came with their challenges and opinions.
Some were inept and left me things to clean up. Others tried to sell me things I did not need. I had belligerent responses from the owner when I asked why things were left wet and hanging inside my air-​handler and was charged for a follow up when the tech had not completed his job.
I chose AC Doctors and so far I am happier.

I would like to take this opportunity to update my review from 6 months ago. When dealing with this company 6 months ago, I felt that no one was listening to my concerns. Since then we have developed a rather unique relationship. The communication and cooperation with the company is remarkable. Whenever I’ve called with issues, the issues have been met with precision and determination. They have gone above and beyond to make sure we are happy customers. Thank you so very much Advantage Air Conditioning of the Treasure Coast, Inc.

The worst ac company in the Treasure coast. Home Depot should be ashamed of using this company! Instead of maintaining my AC they damaged it and caused a leak. The employees are all rude and not concerned for the customer. When we tried to talk to the owner and ask him to please correct the situation, we found him to be arrogant and could care less about taking ownership of issue. He didn’t even care that I contacted Home Depot corporate offices in Atlanta. I can only imagine all of the hundreds of customers that have had to endure the abuse from these people who call themselves professionals! I had to replace my entire AC unit because of these people. I partially blame Home Depot for giving them the freedom to solicit leads in their stores and not backing up problems when they aren’t offering the type of customer satisfaction and quality that Home Depot is known for. Stay away from them or you will regret it! They also have negative complaints on the Better Business Bureau website, similar to my own. They don’t even deserve one star! Or even half!
