Established in 2012.

Herons have always been known for their grace, wisdom, and serenity. Through living in harmony with nature, the heron has inspired us to provide a space for people to cultivate these qualities within themselves.

Complementing the uniqueness of Jamestown, the studio offers smaller classes providing an opportunity for personalized attention while still enjoying the collective energy of community. Bringing the outdoors inside, our studio is filled with bright, natural sunlight and bamboo floors while the walls double as a gallery for local artists. While visiting jamestown for a few days I decided to give yoga a whirl. I thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience at this fabulous little studio. Rachael is lovely, she made me feel very comfortable she was very helpful, offering individual attention throughout the class.
I also took advantage of the massage services and had the absolute best massage I’ve ever had. If I visit the area again I will sure to return.

Okay little yoga studio in Jamestown. Their room is super tiny which makes class less than relaxing as I found myself constantly trying to not hit the lady to my left or the wall and drapes to my immediate right… But it’s a very cute place, nice instructor, and the class was a great work out. As someone who has practiced a lot of yoga, my least favorite part was the end of class, it just sort of ended. No motivational or inspiring words of wisdom or story, just Namaste. Maybe I’m just partial to the studio I grew up in. However, if you’re on the island and seek a nice little yoga class, I’d go again — just get there early and claim your spot! ;)

Cozy little studio right on the main street of the island (Narragansett Ave.) Both super easy/relaxing basic classes as well as a real work out for advanced students, including heated classes. It used to be where the Jamestown Press office was but they have 100% renovated the interior and it is now one of the most calming studios I’ve ever set foot in, terrific use of space. I used to venture up to 40min away for classes, but now I don’t even have to cross the bridge! A handful of teachers, all of whom are fantastic.
