All About Appliances

On a Thursday night, right in the middle of a wash the washing machine made the oddest sound and stopped. Friday morning I phoned All About Appliances and left a message. In not even thirty minutes Doug Keenan returned my call saying he would be there by 4:30.
He did come by 5:00 which wasn’t a problem, went to the machine and as soon as he heard it he said that it was the clutch. Now I didn’t know if that was correct or not but I was impressed with his knowledge about my Whirlpool, he gave me a price and said he needed to get the part but would return at 3:30 the next day which was Saturday.
This time Doug was there exactly when he said he would be, he went into the basement saying he wouldn’t be longer than an hour, it took him twenty minutes and my machine was fixed.
I’m now doing my third load of laundry and am surprised how much quieter the machine runs. My wife and I had agreed with an amount we were willing to spend, his figure was within that amount. He was knowledgable about what needing repairing and was fast and neat in doing the job, he gave reasonable windows for his arrival. Our dishwasher has a quirk that I’d like taken care of, I’ll be calling All About Appliances soon.
