I needed to do a termite inspection to get my house closed. So, I called this company and they gave me an appointment within 3 hours. The termite inspector, Dudhnath Hiralal (Chris), came by and inspected the house and found some termite damage. He recommended me to treat the damage before it could become severe. I decided to do the job and he gave me a very good and affordable deal. He came by next day (Sunday) and got this job done early in the morning and he did a wonderful job. I am very satisfied with his work and the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend this to my friends and families and do more work in the future with them. I’m in the middle of fixing the issue with this company they told me they will fix my problem they visited the house last month and did a treatment we have a an appointment Saturday 03/​15/​2015.

I had gotten quotes from other vendors — Chris came w/​the best quote — no add’l charges last minute and did the job within 3 hrs of my email/​call…
He was quite sociable and very helpful with a request from my mother…

I once had an issue where I could hear birds chirping loudly right beside my air conditioner, and wanted to get rid of the source of the noise. I’ve had extermination done at my home in the past for bedbugs. Therefore, I knew that services like these cost a lot of money, but I wanted to see how much this business would charge me for it. After I asked person that took a look at my AC how much the service would cost, it took about half a minute for him to decide how much it would cost. Aren’t their prices standard and already listed? If you have to make an on the spot decision as to how much you want to get out of your customer, how good would your service be?
He said it would cost $ 170 for the job, and $ 150 if I paid in cash. I really don’t like business people who make their money in this kind of manner. This is absolutely one of those cases. I rejected the service after hearing how much it would cost me.
What did I do afterwards? I removed my air conditioner on my own… didn’t cost me anything and solved the problem wonderfully. Why couldn’t I have been given that advice from them, that I can actually do it myself instead of having to pay for service? Speaking from my own experience, I don’t feel as if I was genuinely cared for as a customer and they were interested in the money they would receive from me after performing the job. I would provide a rating of zero if it was possible. IN SHORT, A BIG NO FROM ME!
