These guys are the best. There is no one else I would call for my bed bug problem. They had treated my friends apartment years ago. I took their card from her. I end up with the problem because these damn bugs hitch a ride and was in my place. Using them because I know they do good work. They gave me peace of mind. With them they do everything such as packing up clothes and sheets if needed so that you do not make your problem worst.
All I can say is thank you thank you. I am bed bug free thanks to them. Would not hesitate to contact them again if needed.

While the guys who came with the dog were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and kind… the dog detected nothing, but the exterminator himself found a live baby bed bug.
so basically the dog was useless. But the men correctly and quickly spotted and confirmed bed bugs.

We had a problem with bed bugs in our apartment, and I didn’t know what to do. Luckily, the people at Metro Bed Bug Dog were very helpful. Literally overnight, they were able to come in and get rid of the bed bug problem. Their service is chemical free, so it’s safe for those with infants or pets in the home. Plus, seeing their bed bug-​trained dogs (who have over 800 hours of training) go to work is a special treat. I’d recommend Metro Bed Bug Dogs to anyone with a bed bug problem — you won’t have a problem after they visit your home!

No one wants to think they have bed bugs and I was in denial for a little while. I had an influx of visitors over the holiday and next thing I know I had bouts of itching and break outs. I thought it was the weather, and I spend tons of money buying products and switching laundry detergent.
You know these little things are nearly invisible and hide quite easily. I looked, I searched and Google’d and finally came to the conclusion that I had bed bugs.
I didn’t want to use chemicals that would hurt me or my pets. I was frantic and going nuts with itching and thinking I had to get rid of my entire existence to find some peace.
I called Metro Bed Bug and they came with the dog who checked my apartment thoroughly. After treatment and their assurance, I haven’t had the itches or had any indication that I still have bed bugs.
