History

Established in 1950.

Lenox-​Martell, Inc. was founded in 1950 as Royal Syrup Company. At that time, we were manufacturers of syrup in gallons for institutional use and in smaller packages for home uses; i.e., Coffeetime Syrup (of which we were the original producers). Since that time we have grown in many directions through diversification and several acquisitions.

Years of long hours and hard work have flown by, and we are proud of our accomplishments. It is still our firm conviction that the continued prosperity and growth of Lenox-​Martell, Inc. will be directly proportional to our service, attention and the good will extended to our most valuable assets – our customers and employees.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Jim, the CEO of Lenox-​Martell has a long history in the family business. He began his career with Lenox as a teenager working in every department from delivering post-​mix soda to the installation and service of draft beer and soda systems. Jim then moved on to the administrative and sales side of Lenox providing him a well rounded exposure to all facets of the business.

Jim took over Lenox as the CEO in 2000 from a family member and has continued to grow Lenox into the thriving business it is today. One of Jim’s proudest accomplishments is the tenure of our loyal staff who help provide top quality service to our customers. «We are able to offer fast response times for our customers needs by sending a knowledgeable service technician helping to keep their business up and running».
