Beaches Car Wash

Spent 13 dollars on a exterior only wash. Car came out completely soaked and covered in water spots. I understand how it works so one would expect spots from drips under the mirrors and out of bumper but this was all get the windows, sides of the car, and pretty much everywhere but the hood. Looked worse than when I went into the wash. I talked to the manager and he told me it was just like any wash you would get at any other place (really shooting for quality here!) and that for 13 dollars you should expect this. Well I don’t expect a terrible wash for 13 dollars.
Do not go here. I REPEAT: DO NOT GO HERE. WASH QUALITY IS TERRIBLE and they seem to think that 13 dollars should only get you a dirty smeared water spotted car.

The best car wash at the beaches I drive 10 minutes to get because they are the best. The staff here is also trust worthy and professional. They take there time on cleaning your car. And when I’m in a hurry they have an exterior express wash form only $ 5 and they hand dry it also.

I have been bringing my car to these guys to wax and detail for years now and I wouldn’t think of bringing it any place else. They are professional, friendly, efficient and they do a great job. There have only been a couple of occasions over the years that I have had to ask them to give a little more time to an area they may have overlooked but when brought to their attention they immediately addressed my concern and were eager to make sure I was happy. I always feel that I get my money’s worth!

Customer Service at the beginning and Lisa at the register are great. It is after you get to the finishing side that it is lacking. It is still the best car wash at the beach, but you have to get here early to get a good job done. The finishing crew leaves a lot to be desired. They don’t think you will look at all the trim work on the car. Plus the manager has to constantly go over something they missed. Which is highly unusual. I get my cars washed here every week and you think they would understand repeat customers pointing out the same mistakes. Oh well. With all of these issues, they still are the best car wash at the beach and do one hell of a job on the rims.

This is a great place to come when you just don’t have time to wash your own baby! It’s a little pricey but they do a great job and in a fraction of time it would take to do it yourself.

The best place to get your car washed in Jax or the Beaches. Great staff, covered outside sitting area and they do a fantastic job on your vehicle inside & out. I’ve been to many other places in Jax, but the location (near the beach) & staff make this one head & shoulders about the rest.
UPDATED: So, I thought they were the best but I stand corrected. Took my sisters Honda Pilot there a short time after my review and their car wash damaged both sides of the door molding trim. It left dings on both sides about 6″ apart. It was the first thing I noticed when I walked up after they got done drying it off. I brought it to their attention and what did they say? Oh, that’s a door ding. I said, on each side, about 6″ apart? Don’t think so chief. They said they’d look at the video to see if they can tell what happened & they’d call me back. So, to cover myself I called Jax Beach PD and made a report. They call me back a few days later & tell me, oh we can see in video that those dings were there before it went through the wash. Liar liar pants on fire. Needless to say, these a$$ clowns will never get my business ever again. I tell everyone I know to stay away from these dishonest fcktards.

Terrible. They damaged the interior light in my wife’s car. Did a poor job vacuuming it. She asked for a refund was told no. They washed her car again. I took the car to them. There was a note in their computer about my wife that used vulgar language. The worker read it out loud to me before she realized what she said. I was through going there after that. My wife went back, turned her car in to get washed, and after paying for it and sitting down they told her they would not wash her car. They also told her the refund would take a couple of days to show up on her debit card. The real kicker… my wife was 4 mos pregnant! We are through with this place! From the looks of the other reviews, we’re not the only ones who have experienced «customer service» this poor at this car wash.

They found a $ 50 bill under my seat and returned it to me. Wow. That’s integrity. I’ll be a customer for life.

We took our SUV here for the first time the other day. Typically I go to Bubbles Car Was on San Jose — where they do an OK job (most of the time). At first I was a bit shocked at the price of the package (I think it was about $ 30 — almost double Bubbles Car Wash). As we were waiting for the car (which took about 20 min.) I was worried if I had just wasted my money. When we got into the car, we were both shocked to find every nook and cranny spotless. My car has not been this clean since we took delivery of in on the showroom floor at the dealership. I do think the price is high but, if this is the quality of the clean every time — it’s fair.

Beaches car wash is one of my favorites in the Jacksonville area! They always have coupons in the mint magazine and they are fairly priced. I usually get the rain-​x deluxe car wash and it’s under 40.00 for my SUV to be thoroughly cleaned inside and out. I am a busy mom so any help I can get in taking care of chores I take gladly. Every time I go the place is packed! That being said, they usually get me in and out in under 30 minutes. My car is always spotless and shiny and I get the new car smell and it stays with the car for weeks. They also offer a 5.00 express wash if you don’t want to do a deluxe package but the deluxe packages are worth the money. The only reason why they don’t get five stars is because they are not open on Sundays and that is usually when I have most of my free time. If they were open on Sundays I would get my car washed much more than I am able to do currently.

Customer service means that if the customer has an issue it is handled professionally. WELL if you happen to have any «issue» with your car wash (or lack there of) then be ready to pound sand (think his name is Greg)! I’m a business owner & aware of what should be expected. I requested a minor fix of my car service and he literally laughed in my face. I was shocked. I looked around & asked «did you just laugh at me?» And he smiled and said yes. He is the biggest ass I have ever encountered that has remained a manager. He must be related to the opener bc he’s arrogant and nasty. Very unprofessional. I wish you the best of luck if your car comes back less than satisfactory. And by the reviews of this place… It probably will. Let me know Greg’s attitude!

The only reason I came here is because I had a double take deal. I certainly would not pay $ 17 for what I got. The interior was vacuumed well. The exterior was decent. But their was still dog hair all over my dash and seats. That’s why I got a car wash in the first place! I am not very pleased. I could have done a way better job myself. I suck at cleaning my car.

After having my car washed in other places in FL, this place doesn’t even come close to doing a good job. After paying $ 15.00 for a car wash, you would at least think that it would be clean. Not even close! After talking to the manager, he said that in the express washes, they don’t scrub the car at all. You would have to get a higher end wash for that. I’m from Michigan, and I can pay for a $ 5.00 wash there and have even salt removed from my car… for $ 15.00 here they can’t even remove bird poo and bugs! The other thing that struck me as odd is that in MI, if your car doesn’t get cleaned, they will have you go back through… no questions asked! Not this place. It’s like you’re trying to rob them! Good luck getting them to fix anything they break either! That’s a whole other story! I wouldn’t take my car back there even if they washed it for $ 5.00 like in Michigan!

When we first moved to the beaches we received a free car wash coupon in the mail. I used it on a slow day and was quite happy with the job they did. However, on other occasions they were less than impressive.
My husband took his car up there and paid to have it detailed for $ 88. They did an OK job but certainly not $ 88 worth. They didn’t detail the wheels. He told them not to bother with the trunk since it needed to be cleaned out. You would think they would pay extra attention to the rest of the car. The center console wasn’t touched. For $ 88? No thanks.
I have taken my car up there and the windows were still dirty, etc.
Honestly, I’m way more impressed by Breeze’s.
