History
Established in 1996.
Stefan and Lubomira (Luba) are originally from High Tatras, a region in Slovakia. They first started off as baristas. This helped them recognize how good coffee was supposed to taste. They both had been working with coffee all over Europe improving their understanding and complexity of the European coffee culture. They share a passion for quality coffee.
Stefan and Luba became involved in a cultural exchange program affiliated with Mangy Moose in Jackson, Wyoming. They worked there together for years and then recognized their opportunity to take their passion to the next level. In January 2010, they took over Jackson Hole Roasters. They are both equally driven on providing the freshness and excellence of organic coffees and they demonstrate this through the high-quality coffee that Jackson Hole Roasters has today.
