The car I bought used is a real lemon!!! And it’s yellow too! But this man here really cares about his customers!!! I feel safe with them no matter what the problem is! And boy do I have problems! He takes his time to explain what the issue is and even helps to recommend other places to go to if he doesn’t do what needs to be done! He has even called ahead to tell them to take good care of me! As I sit here and wait his other customers come in and are all so friendly with him! You can tell they have been here many times before!!! I plan on listening to him from now on!!! Great job Bryant automotive’s!!!

Keep clear of the place. I am sure any good reviews you read are written by the owner or his staff. Very unorganized shop. I lot of noise with no results. You will surely have to bring your car back a few times for them to get it right each time costing more money. Wayne thinks he knows the problem before you finish explaining your concern. He may have been in business for 44 years but he has lost it. Time to retire.

I was shopping for used cars and I took two different cars (a Pontiac and a Hyundai) to Wayne for pre-​purchase inspection. Wayne and his staff were very meticulous and honest in their assessment and they were very straightforward and helpful in advising me whether to buy these particular cars or not. I really trusted them and I felt they were not trying to take advantage of me or turn me into a customer (I live quite far from Jackson so that was never an option). As a young woman buying a car, it is very refreshing to find someone that you can truly trust and not feel like you’re being taken advantage of. His prices are very reasonable and he was very kind and generous throughout our interaction. When I found another car, I actually called him to get some advice because I trusted him the most and he was kid enough to be honest and straightforward with me over the phone too — no cost at all. If I lived closer I would certainly choose him as my mechanic and I strongly recommend him and his staff.
