Horrible place My girlfriend went to die her hair, this guy destroyed her hair leaving it with three different colors, now hair is green. He tried a second time and left it even worst. Finally he wanted to do it a third time but we decided to ask for her money back, at first he didn’t want to give her the refund, but once she mentioned him a law sue against the establishment his attitude changed. When she we went for her money back he didn’t have the curtesy of an apology for his lack hair style knowledge and destroying her hair. This guy didn’t even look at her face and sent someone else to attend her. This shows lack of RESPECT and CUSTOMER SERVICE. Think twice before you go in there it may look fancy from the outside but this guys seem not to have any experience with hair styling.

This place use to provide a better service than my recent experience 2 weeks ago. My daughter, and I don’t trim out hair on a monthly basis, more like every 3 months. When we do, this WAS the only place to go to. It’s actually not even in my area, but for something as simple as a cut n style, I recall having a great experience with Jorge. During my latest visit, my hair was highly mistreated unnecessarily; my daughter, and I were booked with 2 brand new people that I had never seen there. Since I hold their experience in high regard, and expected ALL their «stylist» to have a fundamental knowledge for their craft. I must say, although I explained, and continued to explain (I showed him a picture of the style, he continued to ask/​confirm my requests as if he had no understanding), these 2 particular rookies OVER-​WORKED my daughter, and I’s fine, soft, manageable hair. I was there for 2 hrs for a trim & curl, I walked out with half a hairspray can in my hair & my hair smelling like burnt toast, and looking like a shell sitting on my head. When I washed my hair as soon as I got home, I noticed my layers looked horrible and choppy with absolutely NO SHAPE, and burned, $ 70 charge. My daughters simple bob, took just as long as I did, she has straight short hair, was just going for a trim, her hair was straitened instead of blow-​dried to create a bouncy look, as a bob should resemble; $ 40. I have never written a bad review for a place, but this was the worst experience ever. Unfortunately, for the past 3 yrs, this was hair place, I now have to find a new hairstyling home for both my daughter, and I. This place is ultimately just overpriced, and from my experience, are hiring whoever sets foot in their salon, whether they know what they are doing, or not.
