These people are down right rude!!! If you don’t want some serious attitude with your coffee and food, dont go here!!! I won’t be going again!

I’m 97% sure I can say I’ve never been to an efficiently run Dunkin’ Donuts but I’d say this one goes above and beyond all negative expectations I could possibly have for a fast-food joint. I’ve been to this location multiple times and somehow it has been progressively worse EVERY single time I’ve gone in. Normally the problem is that no more than two people are working and there is no way front counter and drive thru can be managed efficiently(I’ve worked at a DD so I know about how no matter how fast you go, you’re never fast enough to satisfy the all-powerful consumer). I hate coffee so I just go in for bagels. A lot of the time they’re out of the bagels I want, which honestly really isn’t an issue. My legs aren’t going to melt because I have to get a poppyseed bagel instead of an everything bagel. I’m honestly super friggin low maintenance. The last time I went in(referring to both the most recent time AND the final time), the store was visibly properly staffed for the first time I’ve seen firsthand. I was impressed! I went to the counter with confidence. The kid at the register responded to my «hello!» with a blank, vacant stare that made me die a little inside. After the awkward silence, I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese ONTHESIDE. I’m gonna take a short break here to say that for some reason it is THEHARDESTTHINGEVER for DD employees to comprehend the meaning of CREAMCHEESEONTHESIDE. I get it on the side because, with previous knowledge having worked at DD before, the employees are in a huge friggin hurry so they never, EVER put all of the cream cheese from the little container on the bagel and about 10−15% of the cream cheese goes to waste. I literally motion with my actual hands how I want it but it still just doesn’t get across to the cinderblocks that are employed at most Dunkin’ Donuts. Now, getting back on track, of course this request caused a universe of confusion and the kid had to call an older employee over, who instructed him to do the COMPLETELY wrong thing and I was charged for the cream cheese on the side in addition to the«bagel with cream cheese» option in the register. I was going to let it slide, to avoid further annoyance, and then he shouted ANYDRINKSWITHTHAT at me to which I responded shyly(I’m socially awkward as balls, admittedly) «um, actually can I have a multigrain bagel with cream cheese {on the side}?» to which I was double-charged again. «WHATELSE» he shouted. «a wake-up wrap, please» «WHATELSE» «um…that’s it» so I paid too much and went and waited for my food. I then decided while standing there that I knew I was right so I was going to pull an employee over and tell her(nicely, of course, as I ALWAYS treat employees with respect) that I was overcharged. She insisted«that’s how they do it» even though I’ve been there multiple times and I knew that made no sense. I’m literally having them do LESS work by just throwing the container of cream cheese in the bag instead of having to open it and put it on themselves, and she was trying to convince me I was wrong. I was about to give up because I sincerely always try to avoid confrontation(and honestly it was like 2 dollars, I have that in change lodged in my toes) until a manager came over and told her she was wrong. FINALLY, a voice of reason! He was intelligent and friendly and knew what was wrong and refunded my money. The nightmare was over! WRONG. I watched the sandwich station employee STRUGGLE with the concept of CREAMCHEESEONTHESIDE. I was laughing at this point. I waited far too long for two pieces of bread and a shitty egg-thing on a tortilla-thing and when he finally handed it out HEHANDEDTHEBAGTOTHEWRONGPERSONWHOWASSTANDINGNEXTTOME with a half-assed, insincere«sorry about the wait» to which the other customer laughed and handed me my food. I understand that when I go for fast food, I’m not paying for a quality product. I’m paying for some garbage in a bag with a few bucks because I’m hungry, in a hurry, drunk, or a combination of the three. I’m not asking for something looking like the thing in the picture. All I’m asking for is MILDLY competent employees who seem like they have at very least a high school education and can comprehend CREAMCHEESEONTHESIDE. I could sympathize if the kid at the register was new and didn’t know what to do but his empty gaze and shouting was unforgivable, along with the seemingly more experienced employee who told him the completely wrong thing. I can say with confidence I will never, ever return here. I would cut off my balls before I returned to this location. I would light myself on fire before I returned to this location. I would watch Nacho Libre 17 times in a row before I returned to this location. Dunkin’ Donuts as a whole is a blemish on society and needs to be shut down immediately. ENJOYYOURCOFFEE

This location is amazing. The employees could not have been nicer. I had a coupon, but no code and they honored it anyway. They also gave my friend and I samples of two flavored lattes because we couldn’t make up our mind. The manager was truly lovely.

Ok, so I have to give a super shout out to this location. I love it. I definitely beats the one on the corner of Meadow and Green streets. The inside has lots of tables and booths and even a few lounge chairs. Also, how can you not love Dunkin right now with the 99 cent latte deal between 2−6pm. It’s astounding.

I am only giving this place 3 starts because of the nice staff and the EXTREMELY nice/clean interior, otherwise it would be a 2. Pros: Clean inside, lounge style seating as well as tables, usb chargers right in the walls(so you don’t need your two prong adapter box for your iphone), and way more convenient than the Tim Horton’s across the street if you are on your way out of town on 13 south. Cons: My friend ordered black coffee and they gave him coffee with cream and sugar(by the time he discovered it we were miles away). There were technically no menus up since the screens inside were just running advertisements(I assume for the company providing the screens). I imagine once the screens are programmed they will be super. My coffee was fine, prepared as ordered, and timely. Protip– If you are going inside, turn left when you come into the parking lot and park over there. The spots on the right can get blocked if the drive through line is long and people don’t stay to the left in the line as it snakes out of the parking lot.
