Vince and Marcella are lifesavers. Being a business owner, getting approved in this market can be a nightmare. Redmond Mortgage walked me through the whole process, seeing and dealing with potential issues before the came up. If you own a business or are a freelancer or commission sales person I highly recommend Redmond Mortgage. We got a great rate and were able to stay sane throughout the whole process because of how good these guys are.

they’re in Issaquah now. Probably good at what they do, but real ‘slam bam’ about it. Does not keep the borrower informed of the process or outcomes to be expected. Efficient, and maybe able to get good rates. Not sure about that. If you use them, don’t get hustled, take your time, get meaningful answers to your questions-​Vince will attempt to blow you off and gives twaddle for answers. Would I use them again, no, unless there was such a marked difference in rates it would be silly not to. Why did we use them? Because our daughter did and was pleased.
