Concetta G. Spirio is a native of Long Island, NY, admitted to the NYS Bar since 1987 & the NJ State Bar since 1986, holds a Jurist Doctorate in Law from Brooklyn Law School from 1985. Ms. Spirio has been practicing law since 1987 & formed her own firm in 1996.

Ms. Spirio is a member of the NYS Bar Association, Nassau County Bar Association, Suffolk County Bar Association, LEGAL– The LGBT Bar Association of Greater New York, & the Collaborative Law Association of New York, Inc. & has served as an Arbitrator for the Nassau County District Courts, has handled Appeals & argued cases before the New York State Appellate Division.

Ms. Spirio champions Mediation & Collaborative Law, is a participating attorney member of the Collaborative Law Association of New York, Inc., (CLANY). CLANY, a not-​for-​profit organization, promotes collaborative dispute resolution as a method for helping couples separate or divorce with greater respect, less cost, increased privacy & skilled legal representation
