Business Owner
I was born in Dallas and raised in the restaurant/café business. I worked in my grandfathers burger restaurant in California helping fuel the fire to open my own restaurant someday. Although I’ve worked in a variety of other business areas, I felt I would always come back to my roots, food. And after researching the industry and finding the demand for potatoes and onions being in such high demand, it was an obvious choice on where I should start.
