Pier One Imports

Big Fan of this store! They are always having great sales and the store is always clear. Staff always greets you at the door with a friendly hello! Any questions that you have they are willing to assist right away!

Pier One is my go-​to store when needing gifts and decorative ideas. They carry a little bit of everything for the kitchen and home décor.
I bought some wine glasses from there several years ago and none have broken, which unfortunately is not the same for glasses I have purchased elsewhere. The same for the glass tumblers.
My other favorites include unique candle holders and Christmas decorations. When looking for tree decorations for Christmas gifts, I could not find any I liked at other stores but immediately found them here.
Some items are expensive here, so I either do a search online for coupons, wait for sales, or look on the Retailmenot app for «% off» instant scannable coupons.

I’ve shopped at this location for years, possibly since 2007. Not sure why I’ve never reviewed, but I love this place AND location. Excellent customer service. Rarely busy, but when it is, they get to the customers as quickly as possible.
I was in the store on Saturday, which was actually super busy, and the store seemed to still run smoothly. As I waited in line, a customer behind me was upset because she had to wait, literally, just a few minutes. Her husband interrupted the manager who was helping other customers and told her to check out his wife. So, the manager went to an open register and checked out the wife. Clearly, when a register opens, the next in line should be helped. But, the jerks behind me were apparently inconvenienced and needed to be helped ASAP. Very rude customers, but it’s nice to see the manager handle it so gracefully.

If you see anything on their web site that you don’t see in the store, they will have it shipped to the store free of charge. Their staff is so friendly and helpful!

Unfriendly staff. Pretty stuck up if you ask me but I love this place to grab my share of yummily scented candles. Everything is a bit overpriced for my taste but sometimes their clearance has great stuff. It is a little different from your Crate and Barrel experience with big areas to walk around and enjoy your space though. This place is more of a cozy shopping atmosphere.

Anyone that knows anything about home decorating knows about Pier One. This is a good location since it never seems overly crowded, even during the holidays, so there’s always staff ready to help you with whatever decorating scheme you’re trying to caper.
In the rear of the store are the specials, close-​outs. I usually beeline to the back and make my way to the front.
If you’re looking for interesting lamps, they’ve got em, typically less price than a lamp store, and always stylish. Good for quality pillows too.
Good location, better quality garb than the discounters in the main mall strip behind this location.
