McDonald’s

I just have to say that this by far my most favorite McDonald’s (ESPECIALLY THE MORNING CREW/​STAFF). No matter if I go through the drive-​thru (which is often) or go inside, the staff is absolutely sweet and kind and genuinely happy and in great moods. Everyone smiles. It seems like they truly enjoy their jobs. And in fast food, you don’t see that often. This location owner has been truly blessed with an amazing group of employees. I would hope that he/​she knows this and appreciates that the employees at this location are making their business successful. And memorable. THANK YOU TO THIS GREAT STAFF!!!

Was very hungry, so went to the drive thru for dinner. at 1am. I should have gone to another place… for starters had to repeat me order 4x. How hard is it to get a quarter pounder meal without cheese… And sweet tea. I know I am Japanese but I think, my English is good,. Got my order and drove home.
To find I got a quarter pounder and it had cheese on it.(just a note I should have checked) but it gets worse. The bun was dry and the hamburger arty was dry. Must have been sitting there for a while.
Was hungry and ate it.
Later that day I woke up and was not really happy so I called into the manager and he replaced my meal. But I still have to say. Don’t every go to this one. Drive a little more to the next one…

So drive thru open 24 hours, except when you pull up and they tell you «welcome to McDonald’s, we are not currently open.» Really?

This is probably the best McD in the Irving area. It looks nice, clean and has very helpful staffs even considering the turnover they have in McDs. It has a Playplace and thus is very popular with kids; I always see a lot of kids with their grandparents.
There are three distinct seating areas: the area on the back of counter is quiet as such to connect your laptop to free Wi-​fi and do your stuffs, the middle section is the main seating area with tables and comfy couch-​like seats, and there is also a siting area in the play section for elders to sit and watch their loved ones. The place has 24 hours drive-​thru and so is their lobby area.

Awful Customer Service!
I went thru the drive thru and ordered a 20 piece nuggets, small fries and large tea ½ and ½. After waiting over 10 minutes I paid for my food and drove off knowing my food would be hot and fresh because of the time spent in line. WRONG! Because I was only my lunch break I started eating while making my way back to work. The 1^st nugget I tasted was old and rubbery. I thought maybe I should have another before I judged the remainder of them. It too was old and far from fresh. The fries were old and over cooked as well. I turned around and had to go inside because the line was very busy. I walked in and noticed only 2 employees and a Manager that seemed fustrated and was clearly taking it on the employees. The line inside was long but I asked someone at the front if I could cut in order to get a refund. I flagged the Manager whom was a middle aged hispanic woman. I believe her name was Ophilia? I told her I wanted a refund because the food was not fresh and it was over cooked. She literally snatched the bag from me, looked in bag, rolled her eyes and proceeded to give me my refund. I told her I was keeping the Tea and she could charge me for it. She however gave me the full refund. I would like to mention that she had no Customer Service Skills at all. Notice I never mentioned that she apologized nor explained why or what she could do to make it better. She was clearly fustrated, overwhelmed and understaffed. Needless to say I had no lunch today. Wake up Mcdonalds! Don’t you know us Consumers have so many other choices out there! GET IT TOGETHER!

Dude, its macdonalds. How many stars do you want to see when you’ve made up your mind to eat at Macdonalds? Lol.

These guys were so much nicer to me than the one closer to where I live on MacArthur blvd by Cool River restaurant; the stupid drive thru girl saw me sitting and waiting to order and never got on the damn speaker to say if they were closed or anything. sat there for 5 mins watching her do her hair. finally I gave up and came here for so much better customer service and prompt service as well. They even offered me fresh baked cookies, which I never knew they had. Winner!

Fieltofish meals is all time favarot at Mcdonalds. very simple sandwich with one slice of american cheese and a shot of tata sauce of the fish patty simple and great taste.

We did a school fundraiser with this location and the service was wonderful. The management was particularly helpful and available during our event.
All areas of the restaurant were clean. The only draw back to having a huge event at this location is parking.
When an order was incorrect they quickly fixed the order with a smile. I loved the service we recieved.

It’s a McDonald’s…I only stop by if I desperately need something, and then I try to stick to the grilled chicken sandwich. Still, Mickey D’s will never be my cup of tea.
The one main positive thing for all you fast food fans: this location is open 24 hours.

I bet most of you are wondering why I’m reviewing a McDonald’s. If any of you have been to McDonald’s, then you know this: They serve nice and greasy foods, fries and just recently introduced a «healthy» menu. Regardless of all this, I have been to this McDonald’s on and off for numerous years and decided to give this review a whirl.
I have dined in and drove through the two lane drive thru. The staff has always been courteous and never have they messed up my order. Their Dr Pepper and ketchup are the real treats… but not together! I used to enjoy their fries, nuggets and cheeseburgers. Now I just usually get a grilled chicken sandwich with a side salad. Not really the McDonald’s I remembered with the hamburger happy meals and all but still good when I want a quick snack.
The bonus about this location is that they are opened 24 hours. One suggestion: They changed their ingredient on their breakfast burrito. It does not taste good anymore cause they decided to toss green peppers into the mix and it really messes me up! Give this place a try if you’re feeling the need for a quick snack. The experience is good and I didn’t put five stars cause there is a minus one star for being a greasy place. ha!
