I had a plantation shutter detach from one of my windows. I called Henry and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. He arrived on time and was able to repair the damaged shutter in less than 30 minutes. I will not hesitate to call Henry again when I need shutter repairs. Good job, Henry! Recommended.

I called Henry based on Unilocal reviews and he answered on the first ring. He headed over an hour later and fixed all the broken staples in my shutters within a half hour. Now that’s service!

Henry busted out a repair on short notice. HE came out two days after I called. He would have been sooner but i had to find the missing rod.. He fixed about 30 staple-​less slats and re-​attached a missing rod. He did great work, was prompt and friendly. Thanks Henry!!!

Called Henry on Saturday 6÷20÷16. I discussed the problem I was having with my shutters. He asked me to send him some photos of the problem. I did just that. He called me back with an estimate. We discussed the problem a little deeper and he asked me for the manufacturer’s name. He called the manufacturer on Monday, 6÷22÷16. Henry then called me with GREAT NEWS! The problem that I was having with my shutters will be covered under warranty. I couldn’t thank Henry enough! With this review, I want to spread the word, please call a truly honest man «HENRY».

Henry came to our home in Yorba Linda to repair 13 shutter slats chewed by our dog. He was fast, reasonable and they look as good as new. Thanks Henry!

I called Henry to fix some broken shutters. Not only is he a great guy and did great work, we ended up ordering more shutters to finish off the house. They came out unbelievable. Henry and his crew are the best… we highly recommend!

I was a bit nervous about replacing my shutters, but luckily i found Henry who did a great job and was able to come in the day I called! He repaired about 30 panels, and added a wood rod that had fallen off. It was a reasonable price, and much cheaper than replacing all my shutters! He also fixed a couple panels that had wood chipped off and were cracking.
When I called around it turns out a lot of the other shutter installers in the area, do not do repairs, but they ended up referring me to Henry also! Understandably so, he does a great job, is personable, and experienced in the field.
Highly recommend him to anyone looking to fix their shutters.

I had some nasty issues with my plantation shutters. I called Henry and he answered right away. We switched the call onto Facetime and I walked him visually through the shutter issues. He gave me a fair bid over the phone and stuck to it even though the job ended up being slightly more complicated.
He was on time. Personable, professional and quick. An expert in his field. I would highly recommend Henry.

Called Henry to repair three shutters that had most of the staples broken off. He came the next day on time and repaired all three shutters and they looked fantastic. However, a week later one of the staples fell out. I called Henry and he came out the next day to fix the one staple. Great service, great sense of humor. Highly recommend for shutter repair. Will call him again when we move.

Henry is GREAT !!! I called and made an appointment, he showed up on time. I had 2 broken shutters, a couple broken column bars, and tons of shutters that had came unattached from the center bar.

He’s honest and friendly. I was so happy with his service. It was so worth it to have the shutters finally look the way they should look!

If you need your shutters repaired, fixed, rebuilt, Henry is your guy. I would highly recommend him! I tried to fix these things myself, but I just made things worse. We have 3 young boys that seem to do a number on our shutters. Downstairs we had several shutters that were missing as well as many that had staples missing and not connected to the tilt rod. We even had one that was slightly chewed by our dog. Henry came in replaced the missing slats and reconnected everything. He even fixed the other broken staples throughout the house.
The upstairs was a different problem. Our master bedroom window stays open most of the time. the whole shutter has taken some weather damage over the years. Since most of the slats were pretty badly worn, Henry took the whole shutter, replaced all the slats, repainted the whole shutter and then repainted the frame when all was done.
At completion, the shutters look new again! And everything was done at a very affordable price! In addition, he gave me a few trade secrets on how to fix those drooping shutters when the side screw starts failing.
If you need those plantation shutters repaired or rebuilt I would highly recommend Henry… he is fantastic.

I trusted Unilocal reviews on this one so I contacted Henry to fix a couple of broken shutters. I was impressed that he could schedule me in that same afternoon. I came home just to wait for this appointment before heading out again. After waiting for 30 min. I called thinking maybe he was lost…
Left him a voicemail and he calls back saying he completely forgot about my appointment. Strike One. Upsetting but since he was apologetic I didn’t want to make a big stink about it.
We rescheduled for the following week and he showed up on time. He fixed everything really fast. Probably less than 10 min. and still charged me $ 125 bucks. He did some drilling and left all the shavings all over the shutters. Strike Two. Again not so impressed by it.
While I was writing him a check, he asked me what I did for work and when I said I am an Interior designer but currently taking a break because I was pregnant, he straight up said that was an «excuse»! Excuse me, you don’t know me, you don’t know what kind of health conditions I have or if my doctor asked me to take time off so do not judge. I was very flustered by this rudeness. I own my business so I work when I want to. I love what I do but starting a family is my number one priority. I don’t appreciate anyone making comments when they don’t even know me. Especially a repair man! Just not right.

Excellent service from Henry! I called him based on previous reviews and 5 stars is spot on. He was able to come to the house within 30 minutes of my call. I had 4 shutters that needed major repair and by the time he was done, he fixed ALL shutter connections in the house in less than 30 minutes and at a VERY reasonable time. I couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend Henry.
