This place is absolutely a trash. There is no other word possible to describe this place.
The teachers themselves are pretty nice and good, but the directors serioisly do not care about what kind of situations students are going through, and they simply want the money.
Directors in one branch change every several months, so you basically have to explain your situation every time you need a new director.
Especially Angie Kim is extremely arrogant and rude to her students’ parent. Aren’t we technically their customers and have the right to deserve service? They just want us to pay for more and more classes. I recently also heard this place is becoming less Korean dominated, since Korean parents know how bad Vision 21 is.
I feel ashamed and regretful to have been even a student here.

100% agree with what Richard and Vigråd said.
Instructors are great but all the directors, Daniel (counselor), and Angie (the owner. only thing you thinks about is money, money, and money) are irresponsible, and not helpful at all. In fact, some directors have no knowledge in art. Not to mention that the director over at Irvine teller location has changed like 5 times within 2 year.
All they do is just receiving money from you.
I would not recommend anyone going here.

Where do I start? This is truly a dispicable company to deal with. We have a child in a special track program with this company, and sorely regret ever approaching them. Most of the non-​instructional (management) staff are arrogant, non-​responsive, money-​hungry, and awkward to communicate with.
The director at this branch continually changes hands, at least five times in the last six months, why? We’ve no idea. One of the male Korean directors who has now gone, was a *real* piece of work. He knew nothing of our child’s track program nor academic record, and except for one occasion he repeatedly refused to call us back, say that was «not my style»?! What on earth does that mean? Again and again we asked him questions about the program agenda, and each time, he gave off an attitude of «couldn’t care less». The only time he did call us was to ask «When are you bringing the check?», when payment was not due for another week! Forget the fact we had questions, he never answered those.
The meeting with Ms. Angie Kim, the President & Owner, was awful. Most of the management staff must be «trained» by Ms. Kim. The arrogance and disrepect we experienced from this «woman» really were taken to new levels, based on prior communication with this company. She refused to help us do what we paid Vision21 to do (choose art pieces for University application), and throughout the meeting continually talked over us, going on a verbal attack several times. This company was paid a lot of money from us, and this is how we’re treated! After deciding this «woman» obviously has problems, judging by the way she talked to and treated us, we decided to leave, to which she then said «Go on, leave, leave!».
In summary, the instructional staff are great, but most of the management are the worst people we’ve ever met. You’d think with the money they were paid we’d be treated with respect and our questions answered in a timely manner, that never happened. Avoid them like the plague and look elsewhere.

When I first read your comment it was posted from «Tracey» or some other female name, now it’s from «Daniel C». My account is no more anonymous than yours, and I personally do have a residence in Norway.
I was not the former student, my child was; you clearly never read what I wrote. Everything I said is a *100% factual account* of what we experienced. The program I signed my child up for was a business transaction between us and your company, so «hurt» and «spite» are not relevant. We paid a *lot* of money for the educational classes with your company and received bad service; a severe lack of communication coupled with insults from the management staff.
Vision21 in this case did *not* empower my child with «career aspirations» and «college planning», none of that ever happened. You *did* fail in the case of our child; your marketing statement is completely false in reality.
