Abrakadoodle is the leading national art education program for children ages 20 months to 12 years old. Our classes are taught at schools, community centers, museums, libraries and other convenient communication locations around the country.

As a proud partner of Crayola, we use only top quality materials in our classes. You can be sure that the products we use are kid-​tested and safe for our students.

Our unique approach to teaching, called «process art», emphasizes the process in making the artwork rather than on the artwork itself. With process art, students are free to explore and experiment in the process of creating their masterpieces. Our environment encourages students to create unique artwork and fosters their individuality.

Aside from our core programs, we also provide services for birthday parties, special events and fundraising activities.

History

Established in 2002.

Abrakadoodle was co-​founded in 2002 by award-​winning educator/​franchise developer Mary Rogers, MA. Ed, and children’s services franchising expert Rosemarie Hartnett. Abrakadoodle is the most comprehensive art education company of its kind, offering extensive visual arts classes, camps and parties for children ages 20 months to 12 years old.

Abrakadoodle’s programs inspire children’s imaginations by immersing them in such art forms as painting, sculpting, mosaics, collage, digital photography, paper and fabric art, stamping, sketching, animé, studio art, foil embossing, and more. The magic behind Abrakadoodle is the creative energy between a child and his/​her art materials ignited by a well-​trained teacher.

Abrakadoodle uses safe, high quality art materials in its classes in partnership with Crayola®. The imaginative curriculum is developed by artists and educators and exceeds National Standards for Visual Arts Education.
