Tuttle-Click Ford Lincoln

Unfortunately I had to have my car fixed a couple of times over the last 6 years. My car insurance works with them and I believed the employee turn-​over is very low. David is an amazing guy, kept me informed and I truly appreciate that he gave me the truth rather than trying to patronize me. Their manager, Robert, is also very friendly and helpful too. Can’t say the same for the receptionist whom I’ve asked her several times if David was there instead she transferred my call to his voicemail. I called back a 2^nd time and told her I simply want to know if he’s there as I got his vm and again she just transferred me to his vm :(Guess she doesn’t understand «English» or chose not to understand. Then when I wend to pick up my car, she collected my final payment and told me I could go and David was busy on the phone. I told her I just want to thank him and she said «don’t worry about it, he’ll be a while» so I left but kind of felt bad towards him. My overall experience is good and I just want to say «Thank You» to David here.

I am 100% happy about my experience with this dealership. I needed an oil change on a Saturday afternoon. It was super busy. I asked the service manager if there was any possibility of getting it done today. He said not a chance. But he then checked the schedule and said he could squeeze it in. He had it done in 2 hours.

$ 25,000 dealer markup on a GT350 Mustang? I will never buy anything from a dealer who marks up a car this ridiculously. Final price was ~$ 82K.
It wasn’t even a GT350R. I could easily buy one from a dealer several states away and have it shipped for $ 500‑1000.
Same for the Focus RS. Ridiculous markup. Sealed the deal for me to never buy a car from here.

Customer service here is HORRIBLE!
I recently moved to the area and have a leased vehicle to return. I had spoken with this dealership previously and they said it wouldn’t be a problem. I called today and spoke with John, the leasing manager, who refused to accept return of my vehicle because he «doesn’t have any space for inventory.» I called Ford corporate and they told me that THEY CANNOT REFUSE to accept vehicles from other dealerships when people have moved out of the originating area.
I also had a previous issue with their service department as well. I would stay away from this dealership and take your business elsewhere!

Big screen TV. Nice woodie to look at. Free coffee. A breakfast bar. Free car wash. Honest courteous taff. Have been coming here over 25 years. Highly recommend this dealership for servicing, sales, and bodyshop work.

I went to this dealership a few days ago to go look and test drive a mustang. I waited and waited in the showroom until the receptionist finally asked me if I needed help and I kindly said yes. She did her best to find me a sales person which I appreciated.
After I was approached by who I believe was Luis, a tall dark skinned man, we introduced ourselves and then there was a moment of awkward silence. He didn’t ask me what I was here to look at today or how he could assist me so I had to tell him which I did. After I told him I was looking for a mustang in black he showed me what they had.
I then asked if he had an automatics because I did not feel comfortable driving a manual on a test drive with what little experience I have had with them. He then went on to talk down on me saying I need to drive the car in a manual and its the way the car should be driven, not an automatic and for the next 5 minutes or so kept talking down on me of the fact I asked to drive an automatic.
After his rant I told him that one of the other sales reps last time the name of Brandon took care of me really well and had no problem assisting me even if I wanted to drive an automatic. After saying he could get me what I wanted I drove off the lot and then called the receptionist. Wanting to leave aa complaint I told her what happened and she seemed to be the only person there to actually care about what experiences customers have. She directed me to the voice mail of the General Sales Manager, which i left aa message for but never got back to me to apologize or anything.
To sum up the story I was really looking forward to follow through with Tuttle Click on a Mustang GT from the service Brandon had given me but after this experience I feel like Tuttle Click has lost my business and I am still looking else where for dealers. If you choose to go to this dealer make sure to go through Brandon, he knows how to treat customers right and you can see that by a fellow Unilocaler taking a picture with him on his purchase of his Ford C-​Max

I don’t usually leave too many reviews, however this experience has to be shared. I walked into the dealership on a Tuesday afternoon and was greeted by Grant! Oh man this guy is awesome. I was looking for a 16″ Ford Mustang 6speed and luck had it… my dream car was right there color, package, everything. I don’t like to be hassled or pushed by sales reps constantly and Grant was everything but that. He is the most accommodating, professional sales rep I’ve dealt with. I was always hydrated and never given the run around. We test drove the car, he made sure this is what I wanted… and it was. Overall due to my schedule it took 3 days for me to come back and purchase the car under my terms. Afterwards I was introduced to Dean… Harley loving straight forward guy. Also a pleasure to work with after some chit chat we and paper work I walked away with my dream. Non of it would have been possible if Grant hadn’t stepped up to the plate… I would call, text, email him and always receive a reply. I am forever loyal to Tuttle click and will refer business to them.
Thank you Grant, Dean & Tuttle click! You guys are the best.

and every experience has exceeded my expectations and will do retention business with him in the future, if there was a way to give 6 stars Calvin and the dealership would definitely earned it.

Surprisingly easy car buying experience! I just purchased a Lincoln from Michael who was very professional and helpful but the best part is after I left the dealership I realized that I was eligible for a rebate for $ 1000. I called and spoke to the manager (Dean Dede) who went out of his way to redo the contract and get me my $. He did not have to do this since the deal was already done and I had signed the contract. Thank you Dean. I will be talking about your service and will definitely be back for my next car.

These are hands down the most unprofessional, uncourteous, and downright inconsiderate group of people I’ve ever come across. My boyfriend’s family bought a car from here from overseas, and from the second the car was prepared, they’ve given us the runaround for weeks. When we call and leave messages, they don’t call back. When we finally did speak to the person responsible for our car, he was rude. When we got there to finally pick up the car (a week after it was supposed to be ready), they make us wait for 30 minutes only to find out the person we were waiting for never received the memo about us being here. He even accused us of being late! The audacity. They’ll happily take our money, but God forbid we actually expect to receive a car! Ford, you already have a laundry list of reasons for your terrible reputation; you can add customer service to that list, too.

Had a wonderful experience lots of great cars to choose from and awesome service. Sales person Kevin Hanaway was incredible and made my wife very happy with a very affordable and nice car!

My husband and I needed a new car unexpectedly, and did hours and hours of research and visiting other dealerships before coming to Tuttle Click. We’re so glad we did, because our whole experience was above and beyond almost every other point of contact we had with other dealers.
Jim Follmer was by far the least pushy and most helpful sales representative we had dealt with, and it was partially due to him that we made the decision to lease a Lincoln MKC from Tuttle Click this past weekend. He readily provided all the information that we requested ahead of time, and did not call five times a day or preemptively set appointments to test drive (unlike other sales reps we dealt with). We also never got a hard sell from him or his manager, which happened on numerous occasions at other dealers. The whole process was easy, straightforward, and as pleasant as a car shopping experience can be. I was so afraid to step foot on a car lot because I am so unknowledgeable and compulsive. But, I met with Brandon Jacobson and he made me feel like family. I came in for something else entirely and Brandon helped me find something that suited my needs so much better. The financing was great and they were really able to work with me even with not a lot of credit to my name. Highly recommend coming here if you are looking to get a new whip of your own.

Have gotten several emails and even followup calls saying I did NOT get recommended services. I like my advisor Mike Towles who is exceptional. I am griping about a dumbass computer that keeps fussing at me. Enough already!

I absolutely love my Ford Fusion but I wish I had bought it somewhere else. I had a fantastic experience buying it from George, and purchased an extended warranty and a service package. But that means I’m stuck with this dealership for all my service for several years. And their service department is TERRIBLE. No one greets you at your car when you pull in and in the «Quick Lane» it’s at least an hour every time for an oil change if not more!!! I don’t think this dealership understands the definition of Quick! They never offer a shuttle to take you home if it’s going to take too long, but they are very quick to try and up-​sell you everything they can. Their priority isn’t the customer, it’s getting as much of the customers money with as little effort as possible.
Also their service manager talks to you like you’re an idiot. If you present what you think might be a problem, rather than kindly explain what might be normal for your car, he acts like you’re stupid for not already knowing it, and it’s ridiculous to even bring it up.
I had some basic warranty work done at the ford dealership in Tustin and they were a ton better for customer service and speed. Too bad my extended warranty is an in-​house warranty, can’t use any other dealership than this one :(

After having a bad experience at another South Orange County Ford dealership (catching them in lies three times), I came to Tuttle-​Click Ford. I met with John Rederscheid, Fleet Manager, who within minutes earned my trust. His straight forward approach and price transparency was just what I needed. He kept in regular contact with me until he found the exact vehicle I was looking for (this was tough due to being near the end of the model year). He found me all of the rebates that I qualified for and delivered an incredible price.
When receiving the car, he stayed late and went over every little feature that came with the car, making sure I knew how to operate them all. There was never a moment that I felt I was being taken advantage of (unlike the other dealership I went to). He also went over maintenance issues and how to properly take care of the vehicle down the road.
At the other dealership, I was constantly feeling like they were trying to unload what they had. Each time, I heard the phrase «Trust me, if I was getting this car, this is what I would get». Never once did that dealership try to find out what kind of car I wanted.
Bottom line… John took the time to find out what was important to me and spoke my language. I came away with an awesome car at the best price.
Working with John and Tuttle-​Click is an easy recommendation. The car industry can get crazy, not knowing who you can trust. I found a place that I can trust with them.

I have leased several cars here and staff is always friendly. They are knowledgeable and have always provided great service. I just bought a C-​max and I love my car. The staff was friendly and everything was done promptly!
I would definitely recommend and come back and buy or lease another car!
