AVOID COMPLETELY!!! Dont even call out of convenience!!! Got locked out. The lady on the phone quoted us at $ 70 to pick the lock. AFTER he got lock open (took exactly 10 seconds) charged $ 220 and wouldnt budge!!! When we questioned, he responded «its only money». Horrible business.

We were locked out of our house. The guy came over, very nice. And we got in! The only reason it’s not a 5 is because it took a while for him to get to the house, but it is completely understandable because he came from A different area.

Wow — What a rude person this guy is! Asked if he can re-​key my lock and he rudely said no and hung up on me! Amazing that guys like him is still in business! Let’s hope he closes shop soon and Darwinism prevails.
