Quality Thyme’s Chef Gina will prepare meals in your home each week for your family. This will allow your family to have nutritious homemade meals available to you throughout your busy week. The meals are customized around your preferences and dietary needs such as gluten free, kid-​friendly, organic or low carbohydrate.

Business Owner

As the youngest of three, Gina had to get creative to get one-​on-​one time with her busy Mom. This led her to spend lots of time hanging around the kitchen counter where she would bug her Mom to find out what she was making. Through watching and helping her Mom create gourmet meals, Gina’s passion for cooking began.

While attending the University of Colorado at Boulder, Gina was immersed in the «Go Green» movement. During this time, she learned the importance of sustainable practices, the importance of eating organic and using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. After graduation, she worked in the restaurant industry, both in the kitchen and the front of the house.



Now, Gina is on a mission to combine a career with her passion for cooking. Gina founded Quality Thyme, a Personal Chef service, in 2013 as a way to provide personalized meals to families, allowing them to come together around the dinner table.

Gina is an amazing chef! I work for a plant-​based company and was hosting a networking event so I hired Quality Thyme to cook a healthy meal. Chef Gina created a hearty, flavorful meal for me and my guests using seasonal ingredients. It was so delicious! Everyone at the event was shocked that what they were eating was actually good for them. The chocolate avocado mousse was to die for. Chef Gina has also shared with me some great plant-​based ideas for the holidays. Can’t wait to try them out… But on second thought, I might just hire her to cook them for me!

I found Chef Gina on Unilocal and hired her to cook for a group of 12, we did a Mexican Fiesta themed menu. Her guacamole is out of this world and the grilled fajita chicken was delicious as well. She also made one of the best salad dressings I’ve had a in a long time, it was a cilantro lime flavor. Planning the event with her was an easy and great overall experience. I look forward to using her again for our next party. Thanks Chef Gina for the fun fiesta!

LOVE LOVE LOVE GINA!!! The ridiculously amazing meals she comes up with while cracking jokes are absolutely delicious and VERY creative! Once I had her bring food into our offices and she brought avocado chocolate moose that was the best chocolate moose I had ever eaten and it was entirely Paleo!
On a serious review note, so you guys can know how we use her. My wife and I have Gina come to the house every other week to give us a break from cooking (my wife is an MD and I run 2 companies). She emails us menus the week before for our approval and I think we have approved every single one. On the day of, we come home to meal on the table and a fridge full of healthy food (usually from Whole Foods in our case). The meals are always beautiful and perfectly cooked. I appreciate her healthy spin on my favorite classics (especially the moose!). I’d highly recommend her service!

I’ve known Chef Gina for many years, so of course when we found out that she was serving as a private chef, we booked her right away. Gina did a great job. She took into account all of our food sensitivities and requests, and made much healthier and better tasting food than we would have been eating otherwise. We would look forward to coming home to the delicious smells coming out through the garage, even before we walked in, and what a pleasure to sit down after a hard day to a great meal, served by a delightful person. She even packs up other meals, and cleans up all the cookware! Great service, great eating, and very health-​conscious. Highly recommended.

Gina catered a post wedding brunch at my family’s home. There was probably 45+ guests and we were all very happy with the food! I even brought some leftovers to work the next morning which were devoured. I got lots of compliments about the spread and I highly recommend her services. She is very professional and made sure the menu complimented my family’s preferences. Gina and her assistant made sure there was food out at all times and cleaned up before she left.

Having Chef Gina prepare food for the week has been such a stress relief for me. On the day that she comes, I get to come home from work to a hot meal ready for my husband and me. She also stocks up our fridge with healthy meals which is so nice to have ready when I’m too busy to whip something up. Chef Gina is really flexible with our diet and has been great at cooking up satisfying paleo meals. I am grateful I found such a talented and personable chef!

Gina Boyle with Quality Thyme was great and very professional! From the initial phone call to the clean up she was so amazing! Gina had to design a special gluten free menu for my girlfriends bachelorette party which was so creative and the group was so impressed. She even printed all of the recipes for the girls to take home and recreate! It was a great way to spend a ‘girls night in’! I would definitely recommend Gina to anyone and look forward to working with her again!

We hired Gina for a dinner at my bachelorette party and she was wonderful! She was willing to get creative, she was flexible with changes and very reliable and professional. My friends loved everything she made including the best charcuterie board I’ve ever had! She went above and beyond and brought us extra champagne and made great spa water for us. I can’t express how much joy Chef Gina has brought into our home! After years of attempting to cook and then being diagnosed with multiple food allergies I was certain I was doomed to the same boring meals I had mastered! That is until I met Chef Gina. I mentioned my food allergies and she was totally un phased by the challenge, she assured me that she had dealt with all of them before and knew the severity. Her professionalism and knowledge were so refreshing. Initially I was going to have her come once a week and prepare meals for my husband and I. When I mentioned I wanted to learn how to cook as well she, without hesitation offered to also incorporate cooking lessons into her weekly meeting. In my almost 3 months of working with Gina I have learned more than I could ever imagine! My husband and I are having family dinners almost nightly and I’m even hosting dinner parties where the chef is ME! On days I’m busy and can’t be there to learn, we come home to a delicious, hot, home cooked meal with the other nights meals awaiting us in the fridge with detailed instructions. Anyone looking for a chef, whether it be a regular thing or a party, do not hesitate, just book Chef Gina. You won’t be disappointed!
