Moreno E John, DMD

I am Looking for a new dentist for my daughter. We have been seeing a holistic dentist in San Diego but her school schedule and her two jobs have been preventing us to have time to go back. She has a temp filling that needs to be permanent. I was interested in Dr Moreno after seeing his website. I called and the woman that answered said they wouldn’t take my daughter as a new patient because she is a liability. I was stunned and shocked and just started laughing. I have never heard such an absurd thing in my life. Ok so we won’t be a new patient of this dentist.

From one healthcare professional to another (I’m a wellness chiropractor), Dr. Moreno is top class. It was nice to find a true biological (holistic) dentist that takes every precaution to make sure no toxic chemicals are used. Very comfortable and thorough. The office staff is friendly, keeping the mood light and they are always on time, no surprises. I had my amalgam fillings removed (5 total) and he used chlorella to bind the heavy metals in case I swallowed anything. He also uses a fume hood to make sure I didn’t inhale and toxic mercury vapors. I also had Dr. Moreno fix a botched cavity fill by a previous dentist that lead to decay getting under the filling and eating away over 50% of my tooth. I was expecting the worst, with a painful procedure that involved drilling and laser to burn away some decayed tissue, but I hardly felt anything with the exception of a very slight pressure. I was back at work within an hour after leaving with no pain! Dr. Moreno makes sure the job is done correctly, without taking any shortcuts or billing for unnecessary procedures and up sales. Give him a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Dr. Moreno is very caring and compassionate and handles himself with the utmost professionalism. We transferred our whole family over to him about a couple of years ago after a bad experience with a dentist, and have been very happy with the way he conducts his practice and business. I highly recommend Dr. Moreno to anyone who desires a dentist who handles himself with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
