I specialize in complex business and individual tax returns. I not only prepare tax returns I also advise my business clients on a variety of issues including tax planning to minimize their taxes, incorporation issues, and business expansion issues. My clients include distributors, manufacturers and service businesses and range in size from $ 100,000 to $ 10 million in annual sales. Many of my clients use QuickBooks software and I have been a QuickBooks user since version 1.0 way back in 1990.

I work closely with my individual tax clients to keep them abreast of new tax laws that may affect them as well as meeting with them before the end of the year to help them project their annual tax bill and to look for tax saving deductions and available tax credits.

History

Established in 1995.

I started my accounting firm after working for three local CPA firms over the course of several years. I now have a dedicated staff, including an experienced CPA, who work for my firm.

Business Owner

I have been a practicing CPA in California since 1992. I have an MBA in Accounting from Fordham University and a BA in Economics from the State University of New York at Binghamton and I obtain at least 50 hours of continuing education per year to stay on top of all of the tax changes.

I am a member of the California Society of CPA’s.

In my free time I enjoy, running marathons, trail running, mountain and road biking and surfing. I have been a docent with the Irvine Conservancy since 2007. I am also an avid reader of many publications regarding tax and accounting related topics.
