Choose from a variety of orthodontic treatments, including Invisalign, Incognito™, early phase-​one treatment, sleep apnea diagnosis and treatment, TADs (temporary anchorage devices), and traditional silver, gold, ceramic, fixed and removable braces and appliances.

We offer special business hours, including some early mornings, evenings, Fridays and Saturdays, so that your appointments don’t interfere with your busy schedule!

History

Established in 1988.

Dr. Claro started in Irvine in 1988. She has renovated 4 office sites and is now in her 4^th office site in Irvine. Dr. Ghafouri joined Dr. Claro in 2003. Dr. Claro is a graduate of UCSF dental school, UCLA dual specialty program in Pediatric Dentistry and in Orthodontics, and holds an MS in Oral Biology from UCLA. She is also a diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics and is the current President-​Elect of the California Association of Orthodontists. Dr. Ghafouri is a graduate of USC’s dental school as well as the specialty program of Orthodontics and holds an MS in Craniofacial Biology. Dr. Ghafouri is board eligible for the American Board of Orthodontics.

Both doctors believe in offering their patients friendly, highly skilled and the most up to date service and techniques available in Orthodontics. They work with staff who uphold their commitment and philosophy for doing their best for their patients.
