HCM Property Management has been connecting tenants with investment property owners throughout Orange County, California area since 2012. We have done this by providing simple, straightforward pricing for our investment property owners and responsive tenant services for our tenant customers.

We employ a combination of personal service and technology to streamline the rental process. Our residents have access to a Tenant Portal to submit routine property requests and to make secure rent payments online. Our owner clients can review each property related financial transaction securely online.

Business Owner

Steve is President of the HCM Capital Family of Companies: HCM Property Management, HCM Real Estate and Sav-​More Financial Services. Steve has called Orange County home for over 20 years and is known for his integrity and straight forward approach. Steve has been in the Real Estate and Mortgage business for over 25 years, received a BA in Economics from UC Irvine and an MBA from Pepperdine University. Steve lives and works in Irvine, has been married for 22 years and has two children in college.
