The founders of First Shoreline have been working full-​time in the real estate investment industry since 2003. Their experience includes over $ 100M in transactions as a principal and broker and extensive years in the property management of single and multifamily homes as well as commercial properties and acquisitions. This broad-​based experience provides a depth of understanding to serve property owners by preventing small issues from becoming big problems. As property owners themselves, their philosophy is to help owners provide a good rental home at a fair price so that tenants respect the property and the rules in order to maximize profits and minimize headaches.
