Allen is such a fun and energetic guy to work with! I’ve shot with him a couple of times and it’s always been so much fun. Allen is very open to trying new concepts and ideas, and the images always come super quickly. He goes above and beyond by editing all the photos I request from him! If there are changes that I want in editing, he will do it without a problem.
Allen is very professional and I am definitely shooting with him again in the future! You can tell he knows what he’s doing and we always finish pretty quickly. He also has a whole studio set up and lights which is great for studio shots!

I hired Allen to capture photos of my photo booth in action to upload on my website and they came out amazing! Not only did he deliver spectacular photos, he also gave me many great tips on adjusting my photo booth camera settings to capture the best quality pictures. I’ve seen Allen in action with individual photoshoots, as well as with group photoshoots. He is very flexible and versatile, and is open to taking on any challenge you give him! Allen is very interactive with his subjects and tries to make them look as natural as possible. Whenever someone is stuck on a pose, he tries his best to give suggestions. From my experience, I can genuinely say that he has not disappointed me yet. He’s not here to just put in the hours, take your check, and then call it a day. He’ll be here for you until your group is at least satisfied with his work!

I worked with Allen as an assistant photographer at a wedding and we had a great team led by his great leadership. He is really timely, easy to work with, and thorough. I had a wonderful time shooting with Allen! When I first saw his work on Instagram, I really loved his style and had the pleasure of working with him. In addition, I needed a bit of guidance because I’m not a natural in front of the camera (quite awkward, actually), but he managed to take amazing shots. Allen did a great job at my family event. He arrived early, set up everything and was very flexible with our requests. Even when the event got a little chaotic, Allen kept working hard and did his best to get the best shots. Allen came out to Irvine from LA to do a shoot for me. He was punctual and spent 2 – 3 hours and was very receptive to my ideas and what I had in mind. I needed a quick turnaround and he was able to get me all the photos I needed within 48 hours.

At my dance photo shoot, Allen definitely put 100% into his work. He charges per session and definitely tries to get the best shots. He helped us pose, so that means he has some background of Chinese cultural dance by knowing the dance moves. He always checks that he has the shot before moving on to the next session.

I saw Allen’s photos with several fashion bloggers before I shot with him the first time. I was impressed then and even more impressed now. I’ve shot with Allen several times now and I’ve had great photos each and every time.
I’m awkward when it comes to posing for photos, but Allen always directed me and took the time to take multiple shots to ensure a good shot was taken. The way the photos come out always amazes me and the editing — oh my — SUPERB.
