DO NOT FIX HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE TO！ I was forced to fix here because my insurance company forced me to fix here since they have some sort of «relationship». They will try to put aftermarket and recycle parts on your vehicle in order to reduce the cost. After they firstly paint my rear bumper, there were many wavemarks and granules. The good thing is they repaint my rear bumper later on. I appreciate their attitude but I perfer not to fix there.

I got into a car accident so my insurance company referred me to Fixed Auto. The employees were honest and friendly and my car was finished before the promised date! When I got my car back, it looked good again and you couldn’t even tell that anything was ever wrong with it. Thanks so much!

If you’re a woman car owner, have your husband deal with them as they are anti-​women! I guess they think we don’t know anything about cars! I ask everyone out there never to do business with this company!!!

Needing your car repaired because of an accident is never fun — but if it must be done, I recommend Fix Auto! I worked with Jen, Katie and Joe — and although they were all good, Joe takes the cake for providing customer service of the utmost degree. I am not well versed on all the intricacies of a car accident and was not getting much communication from my insurance agent, or from the other insurance company of the driver that hit me either. I was not really sure what I needed to do and felt frustrated. Unfortunately, the team at Fix Auto are the people you see in person, so they have a tough job to do. Regardless, without my even asking him to, Joe worked behind the scenes on my behalf and got the situation handled. I am so appreciative for his knowledge, expertise and dedication to his customers — oh, and my car looks great too! I’m certainly not looking forward to another car accident, but if and when it occurs — I’ll be back!

What a helpful and honest place. My husband’s car door was hit by another car. It was sprung. We went to Fix thinking we would have to spend about $ 500 for this minor repair. The estimator looked at the car, went into the garage, and came back with some sort of device. In a minute the door was as good as new. No charge. Fix could have gotten money from us for the repair, but they didn’t. Bravo. We will come here for our collision needs.

Fix Auto was one of the recommended shops by my insurance company for car repair so I checked with the Unilocal reviews and they seemed pretty positive. I was not disappointed. The service was friendly, fast and courteous. They set me up with the rental car company to pick me up up from their location and they called me the next day with an estimate and date it would be done. They had the work done earlier then expected and as an added bonus they washed and cleaned the car, even vacuuming the inside. Again the pickup was easy and they arranged for me to leave the rental car with them to be picked up later. I was in and out with no hassle. They did all the paperwork with the insurance company so again hassle free for me.

Got my rear window «fixed» here. Ironic, i know. At any rate, the actual work, and the time it took to install the window was good. That being said, the glass guy was late as hell getting to the shop. Apparently traffic was a issue. Maybe he was from Mississippi and wasnt privy to our traffic here. Luckily, Katie Cunningham was there to salvage my experience with her stellar personanality and exemplary service. She kept the coffee flowing like it was her day job! Additionally, her hair was amazing. I wonder whether or not she had extensions…
Overall i was pleased with the facility and would recommend it.

First time using Fix Auto; was referred by other party insurance company. Damage to vehicle was minor but decided to have them also fix my recently broken back window. I’m used to other auto repair places jacking up the cost of repairs when insurance companies were involved but not only was the original estimate way below my expectations, my out of pocket expense to repair my window was ridiculously low.
Staff contacted the car rental agency on my behalf and they showed up in about 10 – 15 minutes. The whole check in process was seamless ! Joe explained everything to me and was very helpful. I also worked with both Jenn and Kelly throughout the process. I appreciated the couple of email I received during the process and the responsiveness from all I dealt with.
I won’t hesitate in the future to take my vehicle back to Fix Auto and I strongly encourage anyone else with this type of need to reach out to them as well. Thanks Joe, Jenn, and Kelly !

Well, my new 2015 Corvette Z06 (3LZ Z07) got clipped after a Ducks game sitting in the parking lot.
Jenn and Joe were awesome and got my car back to perfection.
Yes I’m unlucky in my vehicles getting hit, but Fix Auto Irvine is there to take care of me each time, and the only place I trust to take care of my car.

AAA recommended this shop to me after getting into a minor accident. Before heading into the shop I browsed their Unilocal reviews, and was at first deterred by the amount of low ratings. The first appointment to take the estimate of the damage lasted more than an hour, for a job that should have only taken at most 30 minutes. Somehow they mixed up who was next in line for an estimate; I was thoroughly annoyed with them. The saving grace, however, was the lady with the dark hair at the front desk, who was very apologetic and made it appear that this type of mix up did not happen often. The estimator told me she would email me with the approximate estimate, and inform my insurance as well. I never got the email, nor did my insurance.
The following Monday I dropped my car off, and an Enterprise worker came to pick me up, which was nice. They told me the car would be done earliest on Friday, and they would contact me asking for authorization to remove the bumper and such. I never got the notification either, nor did I ever get a follow up regarding the status of my car. I had to call on Friday to ask if my car was ready that day, and they told me it was in the wash now and would be done in an hour. By then it was already 4 pm, and so I could not pick up my car that day. I got it on Saturday morning, and my car was as good as new, and washed as well.
Long story short: their repair work was done in a timely manner, but their communication is REALLY lacking. I would change my review to 4 stars if they had better communication with their staff and customers. More initiation on my part to determine the status of my car.

Got into an accident and my insurance recommended this place to me. Got there and dropped off my car after an initial inspection from the one of the adjusters. They said they would get me a quote in 2 days (more like 3 days) and they stated that the repairs would be done in 2 weeks.
I have no complaints about the work they did to my car. My bumper was repaired and looks good as new. They have a lifetime warranty in case something is wrong or the paint is chipped or whatever which is awesome. You can even have them update you on the status of your vehicle via text or phone which was convenient. They stuck to their timeline of 2 weeks. (which was long for me since I was hoping it wouldn’t take that long, but they are a busy place. so if you need your car done quickly, I probably would not recommend this place. that’s probably the only reason I give them 4 stars)
Otherwise, everyone there is pretty friendly and they seem to know what they’re doing. They handled everything with my insurance and all i had to do was pay my deductible. No hassle at all.

First let me just say — it takes a lot for me to vow to never return to an establishment or publicly berate them and/​or provide a bad review of them to potential customers.
I wish I could give it two stars overall because the first time they fixed my car — everything went smoothly. The second time however left me very disappointed and deeply offended in how they managed my car repairs and me as a customer, a returning one at that. Aside from the fact that I have now moved out of state, I will NEVER recommend nor bring my car to this establishment again.
My car repairs were scheduled to be completed in 3 – 5 weeks. I was moving out of state in less than one. The car was to be picked up by a family member and then shipped to my new state of residence which required a non-​refundable deposit. I expressed the great need for detailed and frequent communication for any changes and updates regarding my vehicle to their receptionist Katie upon drop-​off and management throughout the repairs. For almost 2 weeks, I received intermittent updates and verifications for ONE set completion date. Less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled completion time, I felt a need to call and verify with them… It took ME calling THEM at 3pm on the day before my car had been scheduled for completion for them to let me know that it wasn’t going to be ready for 3 – 5 more business days because it was «still in paint». However when my boyfriend called them less than an hour later, they had a different story (they kept receiving broken Kia parts). The two different stories (or should I say excuses) were absolutely infuriating and completely eliminated any trustworthy accountability or honesty that I would expect from any professional establishment.
The manager promised to call the Monday evening before the new completion date. Silence. I call Fix Auto on the new pick-​up date to verify pick-​up time (because I no longer believed a word they said) and Leslie picks up the phone with the most impatient and patronizing tone of voice that I wouldn’t expect as a frustrated and already mistreated customer. Leslie for the win.
I feel really bad for this establishment.
They’ve really made quite the lasting impression on me (and from the looks of it, many others).
I wish them the best of luck — they will need it.
They have some really nice people there and I understand that this industry is very complex and people are generally very angry when bringing their vehicles to them. I wish that our experience could’ve been a better one.

The third row of bucket seats were stolen from my Tahoe a few months ago, so I came here to get them replaced (referred by my insurance company). So as far as finding decent used seats and ordering them for me, Fix Auto did the job just fine.
So why only 2 stars? Well for one, the staff could have been friendlier. Second, when we went to pick up my new seats they asked if we wanted a complimentary car wash. Free car wash, why not?! The «free» car wash ended up costing me $ 60! My car ended up looking like someone had used a dirty rag to smear oil all around … It looked horrible! I had to take my car to a hand car wash to get detailed & waxed… Not cool! And the employees at Fix Auto didn’t seem to notice or care how filthy my car looked. Unprofessional and rude.

I would not recommend them in the least bit. My car has been situated there for 2 weeks now and they keep saying that they have sent the estimates to my insurance company which is not true and they also claimed that my insurance company sent an appraiser which was confirmed to be impossible by my insurance company too. Terrible customer service by Brian… no follow up on the estimate to the insurance company and never calls me unless I call them. I have had cars fixed in the amount of time it has taken them to do nothing on my car. I am not sure what to do at this point!!! I guess I will just pick it up and take it to another shop. Not a good experience in the least bit.

We were out of pocket for our rental car so I asked what Fix could do to help out. They offered to preorder the parts and paint to reduce the repair time, GREAT! We dropped the car off expecting a minimum of 3 days. Car was done in 1 day, INCREDIBLE! Our repairs weren’t major but the point is how they were willing to make it easy on us. Brian’s follow-​up and customer service was top-​notch. Won’t take my cars anywhere else!

Considering sending estimates from Fix auto to Better Business Bureau given that it’s debatably criminal. I received MULTIPLE estimates, and Fix was 4x (FOUR!) higher! Scuffs cost 2k!!? Can’t trust the people. then you DEFINITELY can’t trust their work.

I had a great experience with Fix auto in irvine! My Lexus ES 350 got rear ended and they took care of me as well as dealt with my insurance at the same time.
They sent me txts and phone calls weekly updating me along the process and when the ETA was. I will only use FIX auto in irvine for my vehicles!

After I was rear ended, my family was worried that our family car would never look the same. The bumper was falling off, the trunk wouldn’t close properly, and it looked like parts of the frame were bent.
State Farm recommended Fix Auto to us and we’re so glad they did. Even my boyfriend says the car looks as if it had never been in an accident.
A few days after we got the car back, we discovered the trunk lid would slam shut. We called Fix Auto in the evening and they offered to make the repair the next day.
My only gripe about this place is how long it took for them to give an estimate and finish the repair. The car was towed to Fix Auto on 7÷16÷14. It took them a week to give us a quote for the work and they told us the car wouldn’t be finished until 8÷15÷14. Needless to say, we maxed our rental car insurance.
All in all, we’d definitely come back if we need another repair.

I’m old enough to remember a time when if you accidentally hit an unattended car in a parking lot you left a note on the windshield. Gone are those times (decay of ethics in society? too litigious? too self centered?). So it was no surprise to find my rear bumper crunched in a parking lot with no note. Classic hit and run.
AAA recommended this body shop and I am glad I used them. The staff were all very friendly and courteous when writing up the paperwork and examining the car. Danielle was especially nice and helpful. They kept in touch with me daily to let me know what was going on with the repair and when it would be ready. And on the day I picked up the repaired vehicle the smiling staff had me on the road within minutes of my arrival. The repair was flawless. Good work!
While I only paid the deductible, I noted on the very detailed paperwork that the full repair cost was quite reasonable. I would definitely come back here for any body work I needed done.
