History

Established in 2010.

Driven For Life was founded on the principle that learning can be fun, even for adults. In March 2010 Eric McGrath and Mary Belden-​McGrath founded the company with the goal being to embrace the local market and inspire careers and entrepreneurs to perform better. In our first year several alliances have been formed Innermetrix and Journal Engine Software to create one of the most comprehensive development programs in the market place. At the end of the day we help people build stronger relationships, believe in themselves, and LIVE a stronger life.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Born in Raleigh, North Carolina, Eric McGrath has always had a passion for the business of business. An early entrepreneur he started his first business at the age of eight when he began selling his mother’s cookbooks door to door. At 23 he started in the training and development arena creating and facilitating sales training as the owner of a retail chain specializing in sales. Later enhancing his training, facilitation, and management skills as a Master Trainer and executive with Rapport Leadership International. Eric’s son Ethan and wife Mary are the loves of his life.
