DD Cleaners

We hired DD Cleaners to do a deep cleaning in our 1850 sq ft home. It had been about five years since we moved in and had only been professionally cleaned one other time. The cleaners were scheduled from 8:30 to 11:30.
Robert and Vu arrived a little late but they brought all their equipment in and got right to work. They were very friendly and hardworking. Although they weren’t able to complete everything on my list in the time frame allotted, the things that they did get to were very clean. I do think that they could have managed their time and prioritized a little better, but all-​in-​all it was a job well done.
NOTE: I was contacted by Megan just hours after writing my initial review. She didn’t like that I gave them 3 stars and wrote a detailed review of my experience with DD Cleaners. She spoke on their behalf for over 20 minutes. I was (strongly) asked to remove my review so that there was no tarnish on the cleaners’ records. As a business owner myself, I know the importance of good ratings and having satisfied customers, but that was wrong. I clearly didn’t get the same 5 star service that everyone else here did and I am entitled to share my experience. Not every job is perfect. As a courtesy to her, I have upgraded my review to 4 stars and removed the detailed comments, but I refuse to be bullied.

Update: Just started bi-​weekly service, and still, I have got nothing to complain about! Tell them what you need, and they get it done! Price wise, I think it is fair although might not be the cheapest out there.

We use DD Cleaners once every three weeks. They do an amazing job! At first, when we saw all of the five star ratings, we were just a tad bit skeptical. We thought maybe all of their friends and relatives put in the reviews. Nope! They’re the real deal! Now, after more than three months of services, we know why their customers rate them five Unilocal stars. The team is meticulous and they do excellent quality work. Most importantly, they are trustworthy and careful with the things in our home. If you are looking for an outstanding team to care for your home, then we would highly recommend DD Cleaners.

I just purchased a condo and wanted to have it deep cleaned prior to moving in. DD Cleaners did an amazing job cleaning my place. Robert was very nice and stayed late to make sure my condo was ready for my move in date tomorrow. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them to anyone. My condo looks great and I am very pleased with DD Cleaners.

My daughter was quite pleased with Robert and his partner from DD Cleaners. They did an excellent job on the bathrooms which were the biggest problem. The shower door was so amazing she could see through it clearly. Can’t wait for them to return next month!

I just tried DD cleaners for the first time today. The team was on time and communicated well. I wanted them to just do a deep cleaning for a set amount of time. They did a great job. They didn’t get to everything but they were working hard and fast the entire time. So I am very happy with the work they did. They are much better than other services that do a quick superficial cleaning throughout and leave a lot of dirt and dust behind. I’m very happy with the job they did!

We’ve been using DD Cleaners every other week for almost a year now and we are quite pleased! We have gone through so many cleaners but my husband and I are most impressed with DD Cleaners. He always says «I can see through the shower glass!!» Other cleaners were not able to clean the shower glass thoroughly! I am very OCD and picky about certain things and they always go above and beyond to exceed my high expectations!
It’s always easy to book appointments with Megan and I definitely look forward to my house being spotless =) Thank you Megan, Robert, and Vu! Wish I could afford for you guys to come by everyday! Hehehe

This review is long overdue! I have been using this service for several years now and it’s been nothing but amazing. Thanks to Robert I always have a clean place to come home to. Their service is very thorough, professional, consistent and worth every penny.

Faye and Robert are both amazing at cleaning! They will definitely leave your home shiny and spotless, plus they’re very friendly and honest. I don’t have to worry about my things going missing when I leave them to clean. i highly recommend them! :-)

I have been using DD cleaners for the past year now and I don’t know what I would do without them. Quite honestly, they are really detailed in what they do and take care and time to make sure everything is done right. They never rush through the job or anything which I really appreciate.

I have a 2400 sqf house and pet so for me keeping my house perfectly spotless is almost impossible. They did a great job anf I will definitely going to continuing and use their service and feel like now I have what I needed and looked for along time .

I have used many cleaning services so far but DD Cleaners takes cleaning to the whole other level! After their visit my floor was so clean I was able to use it as a mirror, my bathroom so nice I wasn’t sure it was my own house, and my room looked like would be just renovated! As a cherry on top they have friendly and trustworthy personnel. I recommend this service to everyone in OC area who wants there home to feel like brand new again!

I love to clean my own house. I always say if you want it done right, do it yourself as nobody can do as good as you! Well, DD Cleaners came as close as I could do. They arrived on time, this was their first time at my house so as I gave them the tour I was very impressed how Robert was checking out things that needed attention. He was thorough & payed attention to details. His partner Faye was also great. I’m so pleased with their service. They’re definitely coming back. In fact, they’re already scheduled to return!

Robert and Fay have cleaned our house 3 times (and are here as I type for the 4^th) and not only are they really lovely people, they are true professionals. Our 3-​bedroom, 3-​bathroom home took about 3.5 hours the first time they came (the home was desperately in need of their TLC), and has taken 2.5 hours each time since. Their attention to detail is excellent and after using three other companies prior to DD, we intend to stay put indefinitely! We also love that they’re so sweet with our dog Ziggy. :)

We’ve using DD cleaners over the past year on a bi-​weekly basis and have been very happy with them. Before we found them, we tried some other highly rated cleaners in the OC area that overcharged and weren’t as thorough.
Meghan, Robert, and Vu have been friendly and great to work with. 5 stars because their pricing is fair and they do a great job!

I’ve never used a cleaner before and was hesitant at first but I have been using Rob’s services for a few months now and every time it has been great! I have a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment (about 1000 sq ft) and he is able to get the cleaning done within 2 hours. He focuses on the areas I ask him to and works quick and efficiently.
He’s cleaned my apartment about 3 times now and I plan on scheduling monthly cleanings with him because he is so great. If you’re looking for someone reliable then I would definitely recommend him and DD Cleaners!

38 weeks pregnant and needed a good cleaning for two bedrooms and a bathroom! (OCD nesting) Luckily, they had an opening that day for their best team, Robert and Fay!
They came in and cleaned it all in a little over an hour! Great, professional work! Amazing attention to detail, and they are very fast! They are also super sweet!
I am definitely going to them again for all my cleaning needs! Definitely worth it and the best pricing I have found! Give them a call, you won’t regret it!

OMG! I truly, truly can’t believe how hard they worked (2 people) on this place that needed to be cleaned. The place probably haven’t been really cleaned 10+ years after a move-​out situation.
Okay, some of the old plastic things around the place fell apart during the cleaning, but I didn’t worry. Why be upset when this the place is pretty old? The point is to get the move-​in, move-​out situation to be cleaned.
Tip: Make sure to have the whole day off. They really worked fast, hard, but this place really needed a major 1 day cleaning.
I didn’t have all the pictures posted, but here are some of the major cleaning:
1. flat top stove — degreased, cleaned.
2. Refrigerator — wow.
3. Cabinets — degreased, cleaned (double thumbs up).
4. Bathroom (hell) — magically cleaned!!! I was super amazed. No to me, really!
5. Inner toilet — Yeah they even got most (98%) of lime from it! Yuck!
6. Windows — I could see the outside now!
Describing it doesn’t really help. You’ll have to post pictures and see it to believe it. Realizing at the end, there is no way I would be able to clean this place. This is no ordinary cleaning! They don’t have machines to do this. All by hands, deep cleaning!!!
They accept credit cards, but give them cash and tip. They really deserve it!!!

First off, let me just say that I am dealing with a torn rota-​tor cuff, since early December, and am FINALLY having surgery on the 18^th. Whoop, whoop. I contacted several cleaning services and DD was the only one that gave me the time of day without a «sales pitch». They just finished cleaning this disaster of an apartment, remember I tore a shoulder muscle in December and housecleaning sucks trying to do it one handed (without a lot of practice). My apartment is so clean that I’m afraid to touch anything!!! Ceiling fans, done. Stove, sparkles like new (inside and out). Kitty litter everywhere, gone like magic (oh, forgot to mention my three owners who I spend all day working for. Cat hair — gone. Floors — shinning. Furniture looks like new.
Needless to say, they are coming back to clean, again, I promise not to make a mess, in two weeks.
I love them and their work and I promise that you will too.

The best house-​cleaning service I’ve ever had. We called up the service for a house-​cleaning on an apartment, and they sent this very professional woman over and she spends like 15 minutes going over the apartment and asking us detailed questions and taking photos like she were a crime-​scene investigator or something. At no cost either. Then she quoted us a very reasonable price, and a week later, we hired DD Cleaners.
Now, here’s where it gets even more surprising. For their very reasonable price, I figured they would spend a couple of hours and then be finished. But no, they spent nearly 6 HOURS CLEANING THE APARTMENT. Remember: the price quoted was for the service, not an hourly rate. In other words, they went well beyond the call of duty cleaning every single surface minutely and with extreme care and attention to detail. You could’ve performed open-​heart surgery on my bathroom floor after their cleaning job and not have to worry about germs.
I felt sort of bad since I was just lying around reading my book and surfing the net, feeling like the biggest spoiled brat/​loser in the world while they worked. I just didn’t expect such a thorough cleaning job from DD Cleaners, and trust me, such jobs require dedication and time (anyone who tells you otherwise is lying). So I wholeheartedly recommend this service.
