Brett F. And Richard D. Are outstanding customer service movers. They helped me and my mom get our stuff out and ready to go. They both deserve raises and to move up in the company. I am so thankful they even helped to lower my rate. I will always use this company when I need to move my stuff. Thank you!!!

Clutter was the greatest gift I gave myself in my recent move! It completely took the hassle out of getting my things into storage.
1. They arrived on time and ready to go.
2. Worked fast and efficiently to keep me in the allotted 2 hour packing window.
3. Were SO friendly and kind in the midst of my moving panic!

Without getting into the «backstory,» which is a total bummer re: why I was in this situation in the first place, I literally had 24 hours to figure out how to get my things out of someone’s house, store my stuff temporarily (and inexpensively), then get it to a new location once I had the space. It was not tons of stuff, but I wasn’t going to be able to get it all into my jeep and the situation was stressful so I didn’t want to make multiple trips. Some of the items were also heavy and I wasn’t sure I could lift some of the items myself. Plus, I did not want to interact with the owners of the house who had recently done some very unethical and inappropriate things… thus I needed my stuff out of their garage but didn’t want to be alone doing it with them standing over my shoulder being bullies. Even though I had some very important and valuable things, I decided that I would make a few calls and if I couldn’t figure something out I would just let them keep it all, even though they are terrible people. Sometimes it just isn’t worth it.
My third call was to Clutter. Never heard of them before. I was definitely stressed out, but Sebastian took great care to listen to my situation and help me figure out if they could do a rush job for me… which they totally did! He went over all the details with me to make sure this was the right fit for me… which is sounded like it was. Too good to be true!?!
Well it was more than good and definitely true, starting with Sebastian. Not only did Clutter (Kevin) arrive early (as did I), the van was clean and nice and Kevin (my moving guru) was so polite and I could just tell he had this handled. Not just my stuff, but the whole situation. He took the lead getting my stuff out to the sidewalk so I could take what I needed with me and then he packed and organized the other items and put them in the van. It was not a ton of stuff, but I am in a tiny place and there was no way I could find space, plus I had been moving for months and frankly was not able to deal with all this at the moment, But I also didn’t have much budget for this last minute ordeal. Clutter’s prices and options were the best around. Not just from my few calls that day, but as I said, I had been moving around the country for various jobs and looking into relocation options for over a year. I had done a lot of research on my «packing, moving, and storing» options. They all pretty much suck, but what choice do people have? Well, now we have one.
I don’t know why Clutter did not come up in my previous searches or maybe it did and I didn’t know who they were… but this company is amazing! Kevin met me at the location on time, Kevin moved all of my items, everything was done super fast, he provided a very necessary buffer with the homeowners, and now Clutter is storing everything temporarily for a great price, AND THEN they are delivering everything to me in an entirely different city/​county in California… oh…and everything is included in one price!
I have moved a lot over many years! This is the best experience I have ever had! 5 stars for Clutter! I didn’t know who they were or where they came from… but this company is the real deal! They have a totally new concept for helping people with moving, storage, etc. There are so many things wrong with the other models and services. I am not going to going into it… but if you are reading this, then you know what I mean. This was a very different and very positive experience! I was home and stress free within 2 hours (including my 35 – 40 min. driving time to the house and back). Loving Clutter. Thanks guys!

Marco and Christian were awesome while taking the time to pack my belongings! They handled everything with care and i was really surprised how precise and fast they were with everything!

This company is simply as good as it gets. I booked them back in September and my items are still in storage. The amazingness started when I needed to put my entire house in storage, and quickly. I was frantic and stressed. When I contacted them, I was lucky enough to be put in touch with Dave W., they didn’t have any immediate availability for pickup but he worked super hard to move things around and found a way to get a pickup in the timeframe I needed. Not only did Dave go above and beyond to help me schedule a pickup, but he has continuously been helpful, available and he (and everyone I have interacted with at Clutter) genuinely cares to help! The team of guys who picked up my storage items were also fantastic, they were friendly, careful and perfectly inventoried my items. And anytime I have had to call in to make a change to my account or with a question– they answer, are always friendly and they resolve issues immediately (Jorge in accounting is great btw!).
Besides the fantastic customer service, the system itself is awesome. I can log on to my account and see a picture of every item I have in storage, I can easily change my payment source and I can schedule drop offs. And best of all, their rates are unbeatable!
I have even had Dave follow up with me to see how things were going (I had to move due to unfortunate circumstances). But, honestly, WHO DOES THAT? It’s a rare thing to find such great service and kindness. Especially since life was pretty stressful at that time– to have Dave reach out and check in, that meant the world to me.
Bravo to this company, their revolutionary storage platform and to the kind and professional people working there.

because of the great Unilocal reviews, and I’m so happy I did! Hard-​working, efficient, friendly, polite, and so, so helpful (what an understatement). Wow! It’s moving day and I’m way less stressed than before they arrived. I can’t STAND moving, but these guys changed my attitude from «blah» to «yay»! They even brought extra stuff, boxes, packing materials, etc., to supplement my craigslist freebie finds of used moving boxes. And they repacked things that just weren’t cutting it from a few previously battered boxes. They were careful with my items and take pride in their work. A professional crew I highly recommend. Devon, Tom, and Richard are the A-​1 team to call!

I love the service and idea. Thanks to Unilocal I found them while looking for storage space. Clutter goes to your house for pickup, they even help you pack, then they :9 inventory list and store it, and when you want them to return the items, they’ll deliver it. This company basically take all the work out of moving! Plus their price is really competitive compared to if you have to hire movers + rent storage + hire movers again when you move. Also, their move specialists are really friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

These guys are amazing! Marco and Tom called before they arrived, showed up early and were in and out in less than an hour. I really appreciated their good attitude and this is the kind of customer service you want everywhere you go. Not to mention they had a positive attitude and were VERY careful with my things which I was worried about. Thanks Marco and Tom for a job well done!

Having moved so many times in the past, these gys beat everyone in the moving and storage industry for their excellent customer service. Elvis and his team were ontime and did an outstanding job, including wrapping few large items that I had not wrapped them yet.
I was most impressed with their business model and the use of technologies, I call it the Über of the storage/​moving iand definetely a disruptor to its ndustry. I can see them one day going public.

Ray and Max are super awesome! They managed to move a bunch of my stuff in record time, including the ones I forgot to pack. Super efficient and also super friendly, they came fight on time and everything has pretty much been a breeze. There was a new guy who was moving into my apartment and tbh I like my movers better, they’re in cooler shirts and not super sulky. 10% bonus for them being hot to boot, I’m a lucky girl! I was about to go with public storage because I thought I could get this amount of storage space for cheaper, but I ended up calling Clutter back once I realized all the things I would not be getting at Public Storage.
First of all, these folks are extremely professional and kind – even when I was telling the guy on the phone I planned on going with Public Storage, he was courteous and told me to keep them in mind for the future. The future ended up being the next day, when I saw that clutter was offering a CLIMATE CONTROLLED UNIT and slightly more square footage than Public Storage. Also, Public Storage was going to charge me a «sign-​up fee» and they were not going to honor their «$ 1 for the first month» advertisements that are plastered everywhere! That upset me actually. Hidden charges offend me.
Clutter gave me the first month free, had no hidden prices, and the price I am paying is not going to hike up in 6 months like it would have at PS.
The gentleman who came to take my large, heavy 7 boxes (down the 60 stairs in my building) did so with a smile and no complaints about the heavy boxes or the stairs. He was very kind and professional. Man… I already forgot his name again, but I think it was… Rick??? Lol, if you are reading this, sorry about that, I have a terrible memory for names.
Clutter is not only a competitive price, but also the fact that they offer the pick up and delivery service and they guarantee not to change the cost 3 or 6 months down the line is worth every penny.

1. They arrived on time with extra materials just incase I needed them, despite the fact I told them everything was boxed off.
2. Gotta give a shout out to Mario, Ray and Ryan for just having great personalities and being extra careful and thorough with my stuff.
